Apartment holiday rentals in Oggebbio

From August 18 to August 25, 2024, my wife and I were guests of Barbara's place in Arona. The property is located a hundred meters from a "French" supermarket, two hundred from the long lake, its promenade and the pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Also nearby is boarding for excursions to nearby Angera and the train station. The apartment was as described in the listing and consists of an entrance, an air-conditioned living room, with a sofa, a double bedroom with a spacious closet, and a smaller room with another single bed. They complete a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories for preparing meals. For the above, for our absolutely positive experience, we highly recommend the apartment. Apt. Close to supermarkets, shops, lake, boarding x Angera, shops and various restaurants

Very well-equipped and very nice accommodation: bright, well heated, spacious even for 3 people. The kitchen has everything you need. Presence of a bright terrace. The beds are really comfortable. We'll be back:)

Incredible view from the balcony, very quiet and completely not crowded place. Nice walking path to Lugano (it takes around 20min to get to the center). Appartment looks better than on the pictures, it was super clean and tidy, it’s perfect to relax. We are planning to come back. Appartment is dog-friendly. There’s a winding road leading to the building but parking space is inside the building. Very good instructions from the host how to get there, check-in is contactless. Close to hiking path to Monte Bré.

Our stay at Mattia’s place was unforgettable. The view from the balcony is amazing and was the highlight of our trip. The apartment is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Mattia was a great host and went above and beyond to answer any questions or help us if we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee just watching the lake, and there was a fire to make the place cosy when it got chilly. We were able to enjoy a dip in the lake with the private stairs. The apartment is a short walk from a bus stop which will take you to the main places you need to get to. There is a nice shop not much farther, and also a nice restaurant for dinner if you don’t want to go too far in the evening. We will definitely be returning to mattias apartment. So far, it has been our favourite place to travel to and we can’t wait to come back to lake como.

An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Lugano! Thanks you Peter and Laurence :)

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout and the apartment just has a great, cozy feel to it :) The highlight is the view of the lake, which is unbelievably beautiful. There is lots of paid parking that is easy to navigate within a few steps of the apartment & I believe free parking nearby as well. The location is lovely, as there is a path essentially below the apartment along the lake where you can walk to Gandria. In the other direction, you can drive to Lugano in 5 minutes or walk in 30 minutes along the sidewalk. Lena was welcoming & was there if we needed any help! Highly recommend if you're going to be visiting Lugano.

Our stay in Marinella's place was great! It was very clean and comfortable, and the free parking was a nice perk. The apartment is also a short walk to the bus stop which takes you to the city center in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Como!

We chose to spend a few days on the last of the year in this wonderful location, also to keep our two furry puppies out of the barrels and roam our two furry puppies. The choice was more accurate than ever, waking up the first of the year overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake was wonderful. Everything was perfect, nature, trails in the woods, tranquility and a cozy, warm, well-kept home, like staying at home. Sara was very kind to us, welcome 10 and praises! We will definitely be back

Great vacation at Alessio's, we were delighted with the welcome , communication , availability and kindness of Alessio.. the apartment is great, quiet and well located between Como and Belaggio , bus stop nearby , dock not far but you have to go down and up the 300 stairs 😊 In short: great holiday in Como lake..

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

Perfect apartment in perfect location. Locarno train station is a 10-minute walk away and there is a bus stop 2 minutes away. You can walk to the lake for 6 to 7 minutes. I can absolutely recommend Carla's place.

Our stay was great. The view was great over Lake Maggiore, especially in the evening and at night, it was simply magical! The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. Impeccable cleanliness! My partner and I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Silvia's apartment in Como. The location is perfect - a stone's throw from everything you need, including wonderful restaurants and the harbour where the ferry leaves from. The flat itself is very well designed, quiet and cosy, with a beautiful aesthetic and a bathtub with jets. Silvia communicated well throughout and sent us a detailed list of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Tastefully furnished apartment, very functional and cared for in every aspect. Elena has accurately and professionally managed all phases of the reservation, access and communication. We felt right at home.

This hideaway on the slopes of Lago Maggiore is a fantastic find. Private, tranquil and gorgeous - with as main highlight the available jacuzzi. We had to keep the temperature of the jacuzzi down due to the heat, so it served us as a cooling spot during these hot days. Place is really great, feels a bit like an agriturismo. Fresh eggs from the hens, fresh zucchini and cucumber from the garden. Lovely company of both cats and dogs. The house has everything you need, including a well equiped kitchen and great bathroom. Host is really responsive. Overall 10/10!

We spent a few days to see the film festival and the place was perfectly located to go by bike. we can only recommend it.

beautiful and large apartment, ideally located for exploring the area (Mendrisiotto, Como, Milano,etc). Great restaurant across the street.
