The home is located 55 miles north of Columbus by Knox Lake. This home is close to ArielFoundation Park, Mohican State Park, Mid-Ohio Racing, Kenyon College, Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, and Apple Valley Golf Course. Good place for family and friends to kayak and fish. There is a Splash Pad in town for children. In Mount Vernon, 15minutes away there is Hiawatha Waterpark. There is a fee. Family Reunions are Welcome. Great place to get away, read a book, sit by a fire and relax.

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, and Alpine Valley Skiing. We are a short walk to Bass Lake and its amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 3 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture.

The home features a 3 bedroom 1 full bath ranch style home with full dry basement. There is a deck overlooking Lake Erie with panoramic views, also a deck in the back yard with a gas grill and lots of yard for playing yard games with private drive all on level ground absolutely no pets! or animals due to severe allergies! Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.
