Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.

Your own private entrance, off street parking spot, kitchen, bathroom, dinning area, laundry, and furnished patio. Additional person and extra bed charge at $10 a night per guest with a maximum of four guests. We accept dogs for an additional $25 per stay fee but they must be crated when left alone in the apartment. We do not charge a cleaning fee :-) Minutes from everything Lancaster--bike path, Mt.
