It’s a good place to stay The only draw back is the construction noise at 7 am 2 doors down

This was my second stay at Anna’s Casita. It is a beautiful spot in Palos Verdes. She is a great host and her apartment is well appointed. When we visit LA we will not hesitate to return to her place.

I really love the quiet area, lots of things instead area to do. The host was always when we had questions. Really enjoyed this weekend!

Brooke and Frank’s home was incredible—one of the best I’ve stayed in! It felt warm and inviting, with stylish decor, plenty of space, and a cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Abbot Kinney’s restaurants and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. Thoughtfully designed with great amenities, it truly felt like home. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and welcoming. The fridge was stocked with waters and yogurt. There was a welcoming cookie tin and plenty of coffee pods and a selection of teas. The bathrooms had lovely amenities. Although we were a group of eight, the house was spacious and roomy. We definitely recommend this listing.

We absolutely loved staying here! Clifford’s place was perfect for our family - a great location in a beautiful neighborhood that’s close to town, close to the beach, and close to our own family nearby. The house is spacious and comfortable. Clifford was super responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!

I fell in love with this place! I even extended it for two days! It was so peaceful and beautiful! The hot tub was fantastic and the sauna was superb! My fiancé and I enjoyed our couple retreat! We were able to cook a full meal and had all we needed to complete the perfect meal! Lastly, everything was so clean, well kept abs smelled great! The beds were super comfy as well! WE WILL BE BACK! Great place and location! Short walk to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants and other ammenities. The apartment is great and clean, the designated parking spot is a plus. I would book again.

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

PERFECT 10!!! Best home, best view, best host, best everything! We love to travel and we only stay Airbnb so when I say this was the best ever, I mean it! The house is amazing enough on it's own (and trust me the pictures don't even do it justice) but Megha is like the superhero of hosts seriously I wish she could host all of the Airbnb's (no offense to the others but she rocks!). We booked late for Christmas because our house is under repair and needed to stay somewhere relaxing with my mom too (who flew in for the holidays). We were already stressed and expecting the worst but seriously, Megha took all the stress out and made checking in a breeze and even had a beautiful Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived (Super late Christmas Eve BTW) and we felt like we were home! This was probably the best Christmas we ever had! Thank you so much Megha we love you!

Being there in Venice canals is just a dream experience

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. The hosts were kind and allowed us to check in a little early. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying at this home.

CL’s place was a perfect escape for our writers retreat. You are secluded in the Hills and away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of natural light and tons of space. The outdoor areas are so so lovely and it’s all very tranquil. Would recommend this place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Patty’s house. Her house is so warm, welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. What a treat to be able to cook family dinners during our stay! The location is peaceful, serene and convenient to hiking, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Thank you Patty!

This would be the best choice if you want to have a peaceful relaxing moments in LA. Well maintained house with great views and quiet neighbourhood. The host was very friendly and proactive to help with anything I needed.

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Martha was responsive, kind and welcoming, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests’ happiness. The home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just an 11-minute drive from downtown, making it a perfect retreat. Our room was spacious, private, and comfortable. We also enjoyed access to a lovely, well-landscaped backyard with a big pool. While the water was on the colder side (in the low 60s), I didn’t mind it. However, I wasn’t sure if the hot tub was functioning. One suggestion I have is to add a coffee/tea station in the room (with milk and raw sugar) for those early morning wake-ups when you’re in a rush. Currently, it’s located at the end of the pool in the outdoor kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I’m so glad we discovered it and will definitely return on a future trip to Santa Barbara!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Quaint villa in the green hills of Los Angeles, quiet and relaxing but 10 minutes from the action of Hollywood. Felt very safe. Pool is absolutely lovely, room spotless and homely. Can’t wait to stay again!

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

I feel like there are some mixed reviews on this place but we found it be in line with the positive reviews. I can see how SOME people could might take issue with the minimalist vibe and the "Ikea" furniture but you have to understand that this home is an airbnb rental geared towards large groups and families with KIDS and TEENS because it is under 30 minutes to a major theme park. Come on. You can't invest in fancy upgrades and plush furniture when the majority of renters are going to hard on your house. What it did have was: a heat and ac system that worked great, a pool and hot tub that worked great, good water pressure in the showers, comfortable beds and pillows, and clean towels that didn't smell like mildew (my biggest Airbnb pet peeve). Furthermore, Tigran was so nice and responsive - offered us (without prompting) early check in/late check out because he had the availability and provided answers to my questions about places to dine in the area. Great place!
