The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

The apartment is good and clean, there is security, I liked it. Free parkings around the house!

Communication was great, before check in, during stay for our questions and after check out. The apartment was perfect for our family stay. We traveled with small children and they slept well on the sleeper sofa and enjoyed the huge TV. My wife said she had the best nights sleep on the mattress in the bedroom, which also had a TV and ceiling fan. The Air conditioner works GREAT! The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook at home. The balcony was lovely, with an amazing view of the rue de Anglais and the ocean. There are multiple grocery stores close by, and one across the street for all your needs. The Gelato on the corner is amazing, and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very walk able area, less then a block to the beach. Thank you so much for having us.

We arrived late because of our plane, Gregory had to change what was planned and his partner welcomed us with a smile despite the late hour. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the port tram, making access to the airport or city super easy. At the end of September the apartment was quiet and the temperature was ideal.

Great location, train station, downtown and beach can be reached very quickly on foot. Very cozy little room with great balcony. We will be happy to come back!

First time in Nice, Nico and Liza’s place is in the heart of the city with walkable routes to both the promenade, old town and the train station. The apartment was spacious and in pristine condition, with the hosts being responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a trip to Nice or Monaco, I would highly recommend staying here.

Very cozy cottage with a large garden, nice pool and hot tub. Super nice and helpful landlords. Huge kitchen, especially well equipped! Perfect for family vacation 👌

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

We had a great time at Maike's place. The walk to town and the beach was pleasant. We were close to the train station and options for the bus.

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

This was our second time staying at Corinne's apartment. Excellent location, amazing views, super clean apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Corinne has a lovely spirit and is very welcoming and friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from and extensive supermarket opposite, good wine shop nearby and ice cream place with lots of flavours!We had such a wonderful relaxing break and can't to return!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

We had a great stay here and would love to stay again. The flat was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We cooked most meals, and found basically everything we needed. We loved being able to be at the beach in less than 5 minutes' walk! The host met us on time, gave us an thorough explanation of the flat and how to use everything, and then checked in on us multiple times during our nearly 3-week stay. She was very friendly and offered lots of local recommendations. This is a wonderful choice!

Great value for money for this place. We were 2 couples staying there. Yara was responsive to our requests. The place was very conveniently located between the station and the center. This is the perfect to stay when visiting Nice. It is right in the heart of the Old Town. Beware it is a walk up hill to reach the apartment and then another 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us and actually felt good after all the wonderful wine, bread, cheese, pastries and the list goes on. The view was unbelievable. I spent all of my time on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cuppa! I could not get enough. The apartment was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other information about the city. Excellent hosts. 5 minutes walk to coffee, pastries and restaurants. The seafront is 10 minutes. It is a 5 minute walk up the hill (directly from the apartment) to the Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill) with stunning views of Nice and even the snow covered Alps. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.
