A flat in the sky

Experience a small nest in the blue sky of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is in the last floor with an exceptional sight on the bay of Marseille and the private park of the residence Montvert. It has a terrace covered in the front of the sea and has all the equipment allowing you to settle down just with your personal effects there. The place is very quiet while being a few minutes away from the beaches of Marseille. The flat is well-connected to public transport (bus). Enjoy !!

Cassis - Top modern - ocean view terrace

Welcome to our turquoise dream facing the mediterranean ocean, only 50 meters from the beach and a minute walk from the harbor and city center. The apartment is on the top floor and has an amazing view from the terrace. It is around 35 m2 but very well planned with two bedrooms (one is very small though) and a living room (with 4 meters height below the ceiling). The furnitures are completely new and even if the building is from the 50's, the apartment offers great comfort.

Directly on the harbour but without the nuisances and with a closed garage, a 45 m T2 completely redone with air conditioning wood stove,large walk-in shower, separate toilet,washing machine dishwasher tv connected large screen and wifi ,all the comforts in a charming setting to enjoy our wonderful village.
