Generous living spaces, 3 bdrms and a magnificent screened front deck overlooking early morning anglers on the Chateauguay River. Child friendly, quiet and great for visiting family or chilling ou. Montreal is 40 minutes by car, regular bus service to Angrignon Metro is a 7 minute walk. Owner lives in the attached portion (next door and the 2nd floor) but the rented space is fully independent.
