Holiday rentals in Old Town, Bologna

Daniela's house (Homeby) is a great place to relax and unwind. Communication with Daniela is excellent. Her dad waited for us at the highway exit to show us the best way, he was very kind too. We had a very good time, so did our dog (Golden Retriever). A location to recommend with everything you need to feel good.

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Our time at this villa was just perfect! The beautiful pool area and well-kept outdoor facilities made our stay that bit special. The modern design and luxurious amenities of the villa have left nothing to be desired. Particularly positive are the small details: upon our arrival we were surprised with sweets and drinks – a very nice gesture that made the welcome particularly warm. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, they always made us feel welcome. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation. A stay we definitely want to repeat!

We had al really nice time here. We were welcomed by arrival by Alessandra and Ludivico, their children and the dog. We had a very nice stay in the middle of nature with only nature noises and a amazing view. We enjoyed the calm, the nature, the cozy appartement, the nice walks, nice little towns in the neighbourhood and also the nice city of Bologna nearby. Thank you to make us feel at home and for all the good tips. We miss it already and would like to come back another time!

I had a very comfortable stay. The host was so kind There was no inconvenience at all. It was nice that the hot water came out so well.

Spacious and functional accommodation, in a very peaceful neighborhood. 30 minutes from the historic center. Excellent bedding. Very responsive hosts.
