Holiday rentals in Old Town of Corfu

Pleasant stay spent close to the sea, the accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and surrounded by a beautiful well-maintained garden, Konstantinos is a very attentive host and good advice to make us have a pleasant stay in Corfu.

We had a really great stay at Angelos place. Apartment was spotless at our arrival and we had a clear instructions of how to check in (even photos of a way in !). Angelos is an excellent host who was always ready to help. We witnessed real Greek hospitality :) superb stay !

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Alexandre communicated in advance and during our stay. Welcomed us upon arrival, gave tour and clear instructions. Cottage was the ideal place for respite, walking distance to beach, ocean and nearby resort. Pool and outdoor charcoal oven made for lovely evenings.

Elena is a perfect and very welcoming host! As we arrived at night, she kindly anticipated some provisions so we could have breakfast when we woke up. The house is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and with a very nice outdoor area. It is in a very good location for visiting (vehicle essential) the whole island. Everything is done to make you feel at home! Thank you for everything Elena, you really deserve the title of Superhost!

Marilena is an excellent hostess and the house is a real dream. Communication with her was always super fast and helpful. She welcomed us personally and showed us the house and the property and explained everything to us. The house is gorgeous and everything was prepared beautifully for us. The house was lovingly furnished. But our highlight was the beautifully furnished terrace, from which you have a fantastic view directly onto the sea. Several steps lead from the terrace to the private jetty, which is a great place to linger. Here too, nothing was missing. We had two SUPs, some water toys and, above all, water shoes that made it very easy to get onto the shallow pebble beach. We were there at a time when there are lots of mosquitoes, but Marilena had taken excellent precautions both indoors and outdoors! We would recommend considering a rental car for the 35 minute drive from the airport. We would like to thank Marilena for an enchanting vacation and can only warmly recommend.

We had a great time in Avignon. The space was very clean and looked like the photos. We were greeted with a bottle of white wine and a pack of chips, much appreciated. There were even 6 bottles of still water already on site. In the space, all the essentials were present, sometimes even more (boxes of cotton swabs, face wipes or makeup remover cottons). Regarding the host, he is very responsive! We had an issue with the A/C, and within the hour someone arrived to fix it. The view from the place was great too! I would recommend it 100%. The only downside is that the beds aren't super comfortable. But apart from this small detail, everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

Me and 7 of my friends, as well as their dog (mini schnauzer) stayed at Filia Stone Villa during our time in Corfu. The property itself is absolutely stunning, exactly as described and just like the photos. The pool is huge and the backyard also had a stone BBQ grill. Washing machine on the second floor and AC on every floor. The only difficulty we had was with the WiFi, I believe each floor had an extender and it would often times go in and out with so many people being on it. Wasn’t too much of a problem though as we were barely in the house.A cleaning lady came every couple of days to make sure the house was spotless during our stay there. She was always respectful and such a sweetie. The hot water shuts off very late at night so keep that in mind if you plan on showering after a late night out, but otherwise the hot water worked perfectly (even with multiple people showering at once).Airbnb location is 15 mins from airport and 20 mins from Corfu town. Amazing place would recommend!

Beautiful home where everything has been considered to the smallest detail. Really nice and wamt host. I really reccommend as we felt at home. Great location on the middle of the Island - must with a car og scooter. All in all, an amazing experience.
