Holiday rentals with a patio in Old Town Scottsdale

Carolyn was an excellent host. Everything was perfect. Walk out your door 10 feet from pool and hot tub. walking path next to the golf course. Parking was good and the complex vey quite and lots of well trained dogs.

We had a lovely stay while in Scottsdale for spring training. We were with our 10 month old baby and the unit was conveniently stocked with a pack and play and a high chair. It was very close to old town (2 min drive or 15-20 min walk), but in a quiet area so it was peaceful at night. We had everything we needed and would come back again.

Mirjam's place is amazing. I recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable, great location and nicely decorated!!! She was and is an amazing host!!!!!! She responded right away and was very helpful since this was our first time renting an Airbnb. We are moving out and going to another Aribnb for a couple of months then coming back to Mirjam's. I waited too long to book so that time frame was already taken. Love seeing the fountain right outside our windows and love the plantation shutters. Would recommend this for sure. Close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

Place was great, photos are an accurate representation of the space. Host was great, only communicated when needed to.

My first time visiting Phoenix and this place was a hidden gem. It is prime real estate as far as location. I loved the modernness of airbnb as others I searched for, were very outdated. They gave specific details which made instructions clear and simple and tried their best to accommodate any questions. I would recommend this bnb because it is well worth the price.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Awesome place and awesome host. Greg thought of everything before you could. Location being 10 minutes from the airport was phenomenal. Close to grocery store, shopping and interstate. Typically forgotten items he had such as having laundry pods and makeup remover wipes were a great touch. I would highly recommend to stay here.

DaNuta was extremely attentive to my needs. Her condo is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, just as described. I had driven cross country and was delayed by bad weather and car trouble. When I told her I would be delayed, she graciously allowed me to change my arrival date so I wouldn't have to pay for the days I missed. The condo was spotless and conveniently located. I discovered Kiwanis Park nearby, a beautiful walking and biking spot. All in all, a wonderful experience. You will not be disappointed! Thank you DaNuta.

Maggie's nest was a great place to stay to explore Scottsdale. Everything is close by and we had everything that we needed. Thank you for such a beautiful house.

The space was comfortable and clean. We really liked the neighborhood and its location. Ian was super responsive and the directions/information provided were great. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the cleanest AirBnB's I've ever encountered, and a great value. We visited in winter, and really enjoyed having windows on 2 sides of the unit -- letting in "just enough" cheerful sunshine -- we didn't feel like we were living in a cave. All the windows had good shades/curtains, for those who prefer to keep the rooms dark. HVAC worked well, and my allergies tell me that the air filter was fresh. Host is awesome, extremely responsive and personable. Condo complex is not gated, but was quiet anyway. Big plus for us: unlike many condos, this complex has a RECYCLING BIN! Thank you Paul - we hope to return one day.

We stayed at Sacha’s place for 2 weeks. It was wonderful and perfect for our stay with our 2 pups. Had everything we needed for our stay and more. I can not say enough about Sasha. We had a small mishap and he was on it in no time making sure it was fixed. I loved that. The king bed (which is the only bed we used) was beyond comfortable! Felt like sleeping on a cloud every night. The out door area in back was great while we cooked on the grill and let our pups play! Highly recommend his place.

BOOK IT-DON'T HESITATE!! !!!Little did they know that I was coming in for graduation and my previous airbnb reservations had been cancelled a week before I was due to arrive because the owner decided to cancel their contract with airbnb. I was devastated to say the least! I messaged them and they responded immediately every single time! The home, the home, the home.....there are no words!!!! (It's definitely past amazing). Airbnb's are my go-to, this is officially #1!! When I say it had everything .... IT HAD EVERYTHING!!! I was able to come and bring my family, celebrate, relax and enjoy without worry! I appreciate you guys!!! Thanks again!!!

It was comfortable!I want to use it again

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as pictured and contained lots of very nice little touches. It has everything you could need. We found the beds to be a little firmer than we would prefer, but other than that this is a really perfect home base for exploring the city.

Shaun was a fantastic host. Very attentive. The house was pristine. Great, central location near downtown Scottsdale. Lovely backyard and pool with lots of spaces to gather amidst beautiful native landscaping. A very nice retreat.

Such a beautiful place! Beautiful grounds, pool, and sport court that my family took full advantage of. The condo itself was so clean and comfortable. The beds needed to come home with us they were so perfect! We will definitely return if we are in the area again!

Beautiful and relaxing Airbnb in a great location and close the north mountain trail. The hosts wonderful with hiking recommendations and kind.

My friend and I went to Scottsdale for the week for baseball spring training. Derek’s place was a great value. Apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice deck with a beautiful view. We could walk to the Giants ballpark in Scottsdale in twenty minutes. There were several great restaurants close by. It is only about a 15 minute drive from the airport. Derek was very responsive whenever I had a question. My friend and I hope to book this place again !

Exceptional host and in the best location for walking to everything. The apartment was fully furnished with everything you would need. Great experience all around.

It was an adorable condo. It was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated and furnished. The decor was updated, and what seemed to be LVT flooring was used. It was very nice and comfortable. Very well stocked, linens, lotion, coffee, toilet paper, soaps and conditioner. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. We will definitely be back.
