I stayed here for a month and it was perfect for me. The place was as described and the hosts were more than responsive. 100% my first choice when I’m in the area. 5 stars across the board!

Perfect little ski in ski out spot! We had everything we needed before hitting the slopes and having the convenience to come back as needed was a huge plus.

We were in Wellsville to visit family and Steven’s place was the perfect place to stay - we easily walked to restaurants and stores. The apartment is well decorated and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again

by far, this was the most beautiful airbnb we have ever stayed. we wanted to sell our house and move in there. The age of construction leant to an old world charm of extra high ceilings, original old world wood finishes, extra large windows. the bathroom was as large as a bedroom. I will stay there again and again.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely return as schedules allow for future trips. Alan’s place is clean, enjoyable, and perfect for my travels to the area. It is nice to find a space while traveling that is as comfortable as home. There is space for work as well as space for just relaxing and enjoying my time away.

We’d definitely stay at Harry’s place again. The home was so cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make a nice meal upon our arrival. Harry even provided coffee, cream, butter and basic condiments. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but super close to all the fun downtown Ellicottville shops. Off-street parking.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Ellicottville! The place was clean, easy to get into, and close to food, drinks, and activities. The nights had some loud outside noises and early morning snow plowing but other than that, this was the best place to be in town! Would come back again. Thank you to a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at 23 Jefferson St in Ellicottville! Visiting for the wine and beer festival at Holiday Valley, we loved being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Jessica’s place was well-maintained, and she was quick to respond when I had a question about the WiFi. The two-bedroom setup was perfect—my teenage son was comfortable and appreciated not having to sleep on a sofa bed. Overall, a great choice for a family getaway in Ellicottville!

Need two bedroom, hot shower and usable kitchen in Wellsville? Then this is a great choice. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Everything works. Nice to be able to cook and relax and live normally.

Such a great spot in town. My family and I got stuck in the area due to a snowstorm and we needed a place to stay last minute. Holly's place was perfect for our snowy night in.

Steven was a very nice guy. His taste was impeccable. When I entered his place my son looked at me, knowing my taste and said, "what do you think?" My answer "Oh my goodness." The place looked as if I had decorated it myself. I absolutely loved everything about it--the decor, the antiques, the wallpaper, the ambiance, the music he had was awesome. I danced around the room. The gorgeous quilts on the beds, the comfy bed and pillows, the French doors to the wonderful front porch overlooking the adorable quaint village of Angelica with it's wonderful antique stores and friendly folks that live there. I wanted to stay there forever. I couldn't have been happier staying at Steven's place and would love to stay there again. Thank you so very much Steven Timothy, this is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I would recommend you to everyone.

Great place. Very clean. Nice hosts. Great for a quick stay. Though, Beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall it was still a great stay and I’d still give it 5 stars. I personally wouldn’t stay long term due to the beds, but it was a great spot and price for one night!

fantastic little place! perfect for our stay for the once in a life time solar eclipse! we felt very much at home. very much recommend this location.

Great place to stay for a hunting weekend

The property is exactly as described…working farm house on beautiful and quiet property. Deer, fox, turkeys, pheasant, cattle and bulls, fishing, kayaking…rolling hills and beautiful farmland. We couldn’t have found a better place…20 minutes from town and skiing/mountain biking, yet still quiet and secluded. Away from the hustle and bustle…We are traditionally city folk but this couldn’t be more perfect. If you want quick carry out, loud bars and fast food…this isn’t the place. We couldn’t have been happier with this property. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful. If you want peace, tranquility, and a beautiful farm house, this is your place. We are in construction and travel extensively…this has been our favorite hands down!

Got lucky and found this gem of a location. 20 minute walk from the center of ellicotville. Molly was super responsive and very kind. Would gladly stay there again in the future.

Bob's place was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. If we had any questions, Bob responded quickly and was very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and more than enough space for my small group of 3.
