We had a few hiccups as they made a human mistake with cleaning schedules but got the cabin quickly cleaned and reimbursed us half of Friday night and that truly meant so much to us! The only downfall about the cabin is the living room is very small with just a little love seat sofa and a wooden bench. We were a party of four and couldn’t all enjoy sitting together in the living room due to lack of comfortable place to sit besides the one sofa. It was gorgeous besides that and was so close to the main strip in pigeon forge which was amazing! The river was so peaceful also. We even had a photo shoot with my son and his girlfriend out back due to the beautiful scenery. The host are wonderful people who made things right by us for our troubles with a few things. They were quick to make things right so that’s what turned our experience around! Highly recommend this place for like a couple to go enjoy.

My family and I felt right at home. Very welcoming and cozy home. Great location between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Delio was very responsive. Pictures are exactly as the home appears. Very spacious and offers family entertainment with board games, hot tub, & pool table. Highly recommend and will be back!

We rented this cabin for Spring Break 2025, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. After a busy day of exploring, it was such a relief to return to the serene cabin in the mountains and unwind. The cabin itself is fantastic—offering spaciousness, stunning views, and the tranquility we all needed to disconnect and recharge. Sabrina was an excellent host, always communicative and attentive (though thankfully everything was perfect, so we didn’t need to reach out). My 4-year-old keeps saying he wants to live there even after our trip has ended! We highly recommend this place and are already planning our return for next year.

Nice visit to the Smokys. If you are seeking a nice stay about an hour from the action Irma’s place will not disappoint. Time of year made it challenging to stay closer. This was our longest stay without a washer and dryer, we learned for future reservations to consider all the amenities. Irma was gracious on handling some mis-haps that we corrected after our stay. Outside of the neighbors that felt the need to honk their horns to motivate their kids, the place is a nice stay.

Outdoor lovers paradise! This property had it all- pickleball, basketball, hiking, golf, swimming, putt-putt and fishing! We enjoyed fishing in the 3 ponds on site and caught nice size fish each day! We hiked a short distance to a beautiful waterfall and had a family fun putt-putt competition. The cottage is small but cozy and easily accommodated our family of 4. It included all the things you need including a relaxing deck with hot tub. The property was great for our exploring pup and had a nice fire pit for evenings outdoors with s’mores. We had such a great stay and can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Very spacious for the size and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed. The gps did not take us directly there but we found it with no issues. Others in our dance competition saw the place who stayed in hotels and asked lots of questions on how I found this place. I’m sure they will be booking here next time we are there as well. Thank you for everything!

Came here for a nature get away for spring break. It was beautiful and relaxing. The cabin had an amazing ambiance and vibe.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and our 10 year anniversary. It was clean, quiet, just as described in the listing, and perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Tim & Patti provided a guidebook which was so helpful when planning our trip, during our stay, and when checking out. Highly recommend!
