What a wonderful home and a special property. Robin has thought of everything! This is not a standard Air BnB, everything is top notch! The bed is so comfortable, the shower is so relaxing, and the tub is a nice touch too. You're so close to the NP and all that Townsend has to offer. Robin is so easy to talk to and responds quickly. What a blessing to have found this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful, clean, and well stocked, and the host was extremely kind and very responsive. We’re already looking forward to booking this house again soon!

We had a great stay with 17 of our family members. The houses were very comfortable with lots to do inside and outside. The views of the mountains were great as was the sunrise over the ridge in the morning. It is a short drive into Townsend and not too long into the national park and over to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Helene was very responsive to all our questions and requests and made us feel very welcome. We'd highly recommend the properties to anyone looking for a place to stay during their Smokies vacation!

First of all I would like to say Josh And Michelle were extremely helpful. Upon arriving to the cabin we the Gps were a bit off but Josh & Michelle made sure to send better directions as far as arriving. The home was spotless and had plenty of space.

It has been a wonderful stay at Stay-N-Play Getaway. The room was so comfortable and welcoming. Marta has been an amazing host who was very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to spending more time here with family and friends in the future.

Daniel’s home is the perfect mountain getaway that is still close to all the local attractions. The house is beautiful, clean, well appointed, and had lots of thoughtful, added touches that made it even more comfy. I was so happy to walk in to a Christmas tree and beautiful decorations! What a treat. Daniel was very responsive and helpful. The kids LOVED the game room/movie room and of course the hot tub was a hit. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. You won’t find a better mountain getaway. We hope to be back.

We got many hours of joy from the piano and the incredible screened in porch. We loved the tranquility and the birdsong. The new, blessedly deep bathtub and big shower were excellent. Also enjoyed reading a few of the great books! The place was not as clean as we had expected, and since we were staying for over a month we did a good bit of cleaning, so it may be better for the next folks. Updates to the kitchen and better pans would be nice. Be prepared that there are not a lot of restaurants or grocery options nearby. We planned ahead so that wasn’t an issue. For accessibility, be aware you will need to go up or down curved wooden stairs from the main level to get to any bathroom. Be careful not to slip on the steps.

The condo is clean, the hosts select quality products for guests, the beds were extremely comfortable. My only slight complaint is not within the hosts' control and that is the condo is in a very old building that is poorly insulated. We could hear train noise during the night while trying to sleep. But, if guests know that they can use a sound app or ear plugs. I'd definitely stay again!
