Private Updated Suite-Near Airport, IX, NASA & BW

This private, 2 bedroom apartment is attached to our house. It has great sound insulation from the main house. Similar setup to a side-by-side duplex, with an always locked adjoining door. It has neutral decor, and is cozy and comfortable. We offer a kitchenette (all kitchen amenities minus a stove, but we have countertop burners and appliances to make up for it). We offer a washer/dryer for your convenience and private full bath with shower. The bathtub is huge! We also offer Hulu, HBO & WiFi.

Our roomy ranch is a perfect place for you and your family to spread out and chill out. From the large living room to the basement rec room, from the cozy front porch to the comfortable back deck, from the relaxing bedrooms to the large, fenced-in back yard. The Pulaski House is nestled in Berea's Historic Polish Village. It's located 2 miles from the airport, and 1 mile to the IX center and The Browns training center. It's walking distance to BW College and stadium, St. Adalberts, the infamous, beautiful Metroparks, yummy restaurants-even a local brewery. This newly renovated and well appointed home will make you feel like you never left yours. Enjoy each others company in the Open Living/Dining Area. The large kitchen is ready to accommodate a quick bite- or a full on feast. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have their own Roku Tv. The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

Welcome to our Treehouse Suite! Centrally located in a country setting, but close to city amenities with peaceful views up in the trees. Our suite is above our oversized detached garage. Close to everything. CLE Airport, Baldwin Wallace, Oberlin College, Downtown Cleveland, Southpark Mall. Located near SR 71, SR 480, Ohio Turnpike, SR 83, SR 82, & SR 10. We have WiFi, Hulu Plus, and Disney channels, L-shaped desk for working, access to firepit upon request. Pets are welcome.

This home is a three bedroom ranch. It is newly updated. All of the mattresses have recently been replaced and have memory foam toppers. It is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very large and has plenty of room for several people to be working at the same time. There is seating for eight people. The backyard is private and includes a small patio area with a grill, table and four chairs. There is also a fire pit. It is the perfect place to start and end your day.
