We loved the place!!! ❤ Cozy, super clean and elegant at a low price!!! This place is so good!!! It exceeded our expectations!!! Also, Ma'am Elaine and Sir Aaron are very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Onassis and his wife. They went above and beyond, assisting us with water, transportation, and even laundry – offering their washing machine. Another helpful woman, whose name we didn't catch, also assisted us. We easily obtained cooking supplies from their store and a nearby market. The house is stunning, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We were so grateful and felt right at home. As a group of friends on an adventure, this experience has raised the bar for future Airbnb stays. Highly recommended! We will definitely book this house again on our next visit.

Sharing some love for Rosey’s Place! From the seamless communication with the host to the easy check-in process, everything was a breeze. The property's spaciousness was perfect for our group of 11, and the kitchen had all the essentials, making meal prep a delight. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Though the internet on the second floor was a bit spotty for our laptops, it didn't dampen our five-star experience! Thank you, Rosey’s Place! ‘Til next time! 💚🏡

Super happy kami ng bf ko we stay there for 4 days and 5 nights hahaha we extend pa kasi we can’t over sa sobrang gandaaa, sobrang bait din owner and super maasikaso nung care taker. all in all we love that place, must be back in another time? hahaaha

26 Long Beach road is relatively quiet but an easy walk to the main bars and restaurants. Apartment was as described and everything worked, it was clean, secure and the area is safe. Very easy access to the beach. Hosts friendly and helpful. Scuba dive centres are close by and enjoyed the experience. I would stay again and recommend.

The house was really nice. The multiple bedrooms with a bathroom each made our stay really comfortable. The place is perfect for big groups. The bed settings even the double decks are comfy. Ann was very responsive and was open as well to suggestions to further improve the place. Highly recommended!

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

We had an enjoyable and memorable stay at the Sangley Nest. The place was clean and spacious. It had a well equipped kitchen. It was always a pleasure staying at Tamara's nests. We'll be coming back again.

Was a really great place for the price! The host was very responsive and all amenitties were exactly as described.

The place was situated in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe as it is a gated subdivision and there's a guard post just accross the house. The house was very spacious and clean. Ate Rosel was very helpful, giving us recommendations and suggestions on what to do for our spare time..The owner responded promptly to any questions that I had. Recommended for large group gatherings. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next family trip around Subic area. :)

sir Virgilio'd place is a bang in the buck ! spacious and secured. super bait ni Tatay Leonardo at doggos nya. Super flexible din nila regarding check in and check outs. . they are very accommodating And never nosy. the place is the best place for people's na need ng place to stay and relax. ps. in not sure what's with the beds, super sarap ng tulog namin at ng team every night. we stayed for 3 nights :)

Second time staying here, and definitely one of my favorites.

Great location and beautiful amenities. However, both units are too small for 4 adults per room. We also suggest to indicate in the listing that access to the the pool cost ₱200 per person, per pool schedule, to avoid any confusion. Nonetheless, both units are pristine and with complete furnishings. The host is very responsive and friendly. We’ll definitely return ☺️

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

The room is affordable, especially for four persons. The hosts were responsive, and gave us freebies during our stay. Had a great stay here with my friends. Totally worth it <3

My Family really loves the location specially these units of Luz and Antonio, that’s why keep on coming back, and will always comeback for all our clark vacations. Building - People here are very respectful. Koreans in this S3 Building knows when to shut the noise/loud talkings once they entered the building specially the elevators. I feel like they are very pinoy in this building. 😅 Water - high pressure at all times. Shower all you want. Parking - A LOT of spots/slots. Just be mindful this place is very peaceful so be easy of accelerators if you have loud mufflers. 🙌 Security - Highly secured, friendly guards. 😊 Unit and CR - super clean, no bad odors from plumbing/sewer lines. AC - super cool. No bad odors, can’t smell any. ❤️ Curtains - Can really blackout the place if you want some extended sleep at day time. 🛌 Balcony - super relaxing, fresh air.😌 Laundry machine - new and easy to use. We love this, as the location is very ideal for walking/running, we can just wash ou
