This was a wonderful little escape from the Carnival hustle to the countryside. We felt like at home from the first moment. The house is really very tasteful and cozy. The bed was comfortable too. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. With a crackling fireplace, laze and read on the sofa... a dream!

The apartment is immaculate, spacious, very nice and really well equipped. We felt very comfortable and Georg was very helpful and always available. Super straightforward and friendly. Absolutely recommend, we will certainly be back. Thank you!

We had a very nice long weekend in the accommodation! The house and especially the living area are very nice and welcoming. The house is relatively secluded, so you won't be disturbed or bothered by anyone else :) Communication with Hansi was relaxed, as we arrived a little later than planned, we could easily check in by phone. We had gone to the accommodation for recreation and relaxing and found both there. You can tell that someone has put a lot of love and work into a good concept here. The place is not only clean and comfortable but also professionally organized. It's almost like being in your own wellness hotel. We would love to come back.

We spent a beautiful time there. Unfortunately there is no parking( the house only includes one parking space and the other is private).

We had a wonderful stay with the whole family at this cottage! Location was just perfect. The house itself was very clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the cozy decor and fully equipped kitchen, which has allowed us to prepare some meals ourselves. Even though the stairs would have been a challenge for my mother, we have found an optimal solution. Bettina was extremely friendly and helpful and the check-in process was straightforward, and we felt immediately welcome. An absolute highlight was the beautiful view, where we could relax at the fire basket in the evening. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this cottage! What a lovely place! In the morning, have a nice breakfast in the sun in front of the cottage. The cottage was large and clean. On a beautiful hiking trail and a bakery nearby. Would definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay. Everything looked like the pictures. Clean and modern furnishings. Easy and flexible check-in with precise proactive information in advance. When we had a small power outage when we entered the apartment in the late evening, Tomek was immediately available and resolved the problem in seconds. We were thrilled and are happy to recommend the place.

We felt absolutely comfortable in the apartment from the first moment, which was just perfect for us as a small family. Communication was flawless! We will be happy to come back! And the Sauerland is also beautiful and has plenty to see!

We stayed at Birgit & Christoph’s place as our first stop after relocating to Germany while we found a permanent place to live, & it could not have been a better start to our lives here. Birgit & Christoph thought of everything: tea/coffee, honey/sugar, & even scissors in kitchen show their care for guests. We had zero issues with appliances or water temperature/pressure, very fast and consistent internet, plenty of space for clothes and personal items, comfortable furnishings, & a quiet convenient location. Birgit & Christoph were friendly & welcoming, providing clear instructions during our stay & lovely recommendations for where to walk our dog, nearby shops, & more. They regularly provided clean towels & sheets, responded quickly to questions, & helped us learn the German waste separation and recycling system. They played a major part in making our moving transition so positive, arriving to our hosts but leaving new friends. We highly recommend a stay at their lovely listing!

Very nice clean tastefully decorated accommodation with balcony. We felt at home there. Central location trendy district, cable car stop and city center within walking distance. The free parking space in the courtyard completes the accommodation perfectly. For us, this place was just perfect for staying in Wuppertal.

Great apartment, even bigger than we expected. Very modern, clean and everything was there for cooking. There are several great laps right outside the front door for walking. Perfect for a trip with dog to Sauerland! :)

A delightful little cottage with everything you need. Sabine and Andreas were very friendly and helpful hosts. The cottage is equipped with a lot of love for detail, everything you need is there. Highly recommend for two people with dog.

Klaus and Angelika have welcomed us in a very kind and pleasant way! It's like you “get home”. Even the bicycle accommodation was exceptional. Very thoughtful and helpful. We like the site and hosts too much.

We also find it a well-kept beautiful place this 2nd time. This concerns Finkenhof at the front. Nice atmosphere wonderfully quiet. Space for the car nice view. Price quality ratio great. It was a home feeling for us. Finkenhof at the back ( by friend) was just as nice, but they missed some daylight in the living space as well as a wonderful place.

The duplex apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the heaters were already running for us and we could feel right at home in the warm apartment. Also super suitable for two couples with the room layout.

I had a good stay. Communication with Eva is very good and check-in is easy. Apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable.

Susanne was a great host, so helpful. The place was spotless and comfortable with a fantastic view of the sorpesee. I would recommend staying here to explore Langscheid and the surrounding area.

We were here to celebrate New Year with our anxious dog 🥰 it was really perfect, super quiet and hardly anything going on. By car, however, you can reach Cologne, Bielefeld or Dortmund in no time. The apartment is absolutely superb and has everything! Stephanie was super sweet and we would be happy to come back.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. We had a lovely stay and were able to enjoy the Christmas visit with our families this year because we had a comfortable and quiet retreat to ourselves.
