Quiet and cozy apartment with a huge private patio less than 5 min walk from the beach. Beautiful promenade with palm trees, chiringuitos, kids playgrounds and doggy parks in front of the sea. Close to the main streets for shopping, restaurants and nightlife and at the same time really quiet inside. You have many supermarkets close by and free street parking right in front. Our house, classified 3 stars, is located at the top of Réal, a village near Lake Puyvalador, in a green setting at the foot of a forest path that will take you to the Col de Sansa. A few kms from Les Angles animal park and balneo ski resort and spa, monorail tobogganing 3 kms from Formiguères ski resort. On the ground floor:living room with a 2-seater sofa, dining room and functional kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms.
