Awesome location! This spacious, breathtaking 1 bdrm suite has amazing views of trendy Reno. Situated on the fun & active River Walk where several coffee shops, chic bars, restaurants, comedy clubs, kayak/tube rentals, gelato, frozen yogurt & a movie theater are all just a few yards away. The park & river has concerts, water activities, bike paths available throughout the seasons. All just a few feet away from this clean & secure condo complex. Ideal for business, couples, friends & famlies.

Safe! 5 min. drive to events, casinos, airport, restaurants, bars, the River Walk and shopping. 30-min to great skiing and beautiful Lake Tahoe. Easy access to US-395 and I-80 Freeways and Reno Tahoe International Airport. Scenic Virginia lake is a 5-min walk away. (Sorry no animals as I am deathly allergic).

Fort lost in the woods

Bottom floor of duplex located on Donner Summit. A hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Like a home on a golf course except up here the golf course is Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort and Soda Springs downhill ski resort. Sugar Bowl and Donner Ski Ranch ski resorts are only two miles down the road. Boreal is just one exit away on highway 80. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and North Star are all about a 20-30 minute drive away (weather dependent) For rent is the bottom unit of the duplex

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

Our one bedroom apartment is located in the peaceful area of Olympic Valley, in a dead end street with limited traffic which add to your retreat. You'll have your own entrance which gives you your privacy. You can enjoy walking along the beautiful Olympic Valley meadow to the Village (0.8 miles) and be right there driving. Hiking Granite Peak or Shirley Canyon, biking along the meadow and the Truckee River to Tahoe City, Downhill skiing, snowshoeing.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
