House holiday rentals in Tunis

I booked this beautiful villa for my family , Salwa is great and adapts very well to our needs , very accurate instruction!!! Perfect room, beautiful pool and very well maintained!!! I would definitely recommend this villa!!! Close to so di bousaid, the Marsa and the goulette that I recommend visiting. Thank you again for your welcome, it was really great and looking forward to renting it to you again with my wife .

The accommodation is even more beautiful than on pictures. Centrally located and easily accessible. There were some minor issues, such as electricity that did not work in 1 room, but Simona immediately came to help and everything was done to remedy the problem as soon as possible. It's a must.

Nesrine is a host very concerned about the smooth running of our stay, very responsive and reachable at any time. Very good communication throughout our stay, very understandable and flexible for late check-in and/or checkout. A place exactly as described on the description, very clean and very spacious! If we have to go back to Tunis, we will definitely go back to her place! Thank you ☺️

Great villa. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (although one bathroom had a nasty smell which we kept closed all the time; did not cause any problems to us). Overall, very clean and modern villa. Aziz’s son-in-law who lives on the second floor was extremely helpful. He was very professional and one of the best hosts I met. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool; it was a bit cold in April. The pool was clean and it had Jacouzi. The waterfall in the swimming pool didn’t work. Villa has a remote controlled gated driveway that could easily accommodate 2 cars which was a bonus as we rented a car from the airport. Overall, great stay, very responsive host and we would come again.

We had a great time at this beautiful place! As soon as we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the place was even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was as described, and even beyond our expectations. The garden is a haven of peace, and the pool, very well-maintained, was pure happiness under the sun. The host was particularly welcoming and available throughout our stay, which greatly facilitated our experience. We felt right at home, while enjoying an exceptional setting. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a moment of relaxation and fun. We will return without hesitation!

Haykel’s place was great. Perfect for a family. Had a 3rd bedroom in a separate back building (which we didn’t use but would be great for older kids). The washing machine and small oven were great and the patio/outside space was amazing for kids to run around and kick a ball. My kids also loved the lemon tree out front. Haykel’s right hand man, Mounir is sooo kind and helpful! He always showed up to fix things or help with things. It was great!

Great place to stay if you want to live in the Medina in Tunis! Close to many cafes, restaurants and Souks.
