Piera is the hostess that we all would like to find when we arrive at a place not at home. It's her who makes you feel at home and hosted as if you were part of the family. Great tips about the area and what to eat and see. It was a pleasure for me, highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe's place who is a warm, considerate, passionate and exciting host. Villa Nubia is a haven of peace, nicely decorated.(Pinturicchio painting) Thanks for the welcome basket! All Giuseppe's tips were perfect (parking to visit Perouse, restaurant...) The view of the area from the balcony is really beautiful, and the garden makes you want to come back to sunny days: salt pool, barbecue, everything you need to enjoy the area in a very nice environment. You can park your car in front of the house (electric gate). Despite the cold, the apartment was very well heated, cozy and quiet. Giuseppe showed us the simple operation of the spa, the bedding was perfect to recover from our beautiful visits and everything was there to feel at home. Thank you Giuseppe, and we hope to see you next time, with the good weather, to continue our discovery of Umbria!

This is a wonderful cottage. It is SO beautiful. One of the things that I liked most about it was how quiet and peaceful it was. I particularly noticed this one morning when my wife and I were having breakfast, looking across the picturesque view of the valley and landscape. As we watched a flock of birds pass by, probably 1000 yards away, we heard a soft slapping sound. We realized that we were hearing the birds flap their wings. From partway across the valley. At night, you could hear the leaves fall. It is amazing how at peace and calm you feel when there is no background noise. It was magical. The house was beautiful too. It looks exactly like the pictures. I hope we get to return someday. The one downside is that this rental is far from restaurants. If you want to go out to eat in the evenings, there are two pizza places in Guardea (about 10 minutes away) and one restaurant near the train station in Alvianio (about 20 min away). That's it. Other dining options are 30+ min away.

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

We had a great time at Mrs. Maria Francesca's house. Our son was a very kind person. Clean and tidy house with everything we need at our disposal, not to mention the wonderful terrace where we made a wonderful collation immersed by nature breathing a very pleasant air. This was a perfect stay! The accommodation is located in a quiet village, with a very nice view, really peaceful, while being close to amenities as well as the main cities to visit in the area. The space is rustic but not lacking in all amenities. Same baby amenities, at their best! Raffaele is super friendly, welcoming and available to give all the directions and suggestions. In short, it was an unforgettable stay in this beautiful region. Thanks so much Raffaele!

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

This a wonderful apartment. The location is perfect. Wonderful views from the terrace. Is has everything you need. Highly recommended.

A really peaceful and quiet place among olive trees, you are literally on top if everyone else. Montecchio is 2km away, you can get some basic groceries there, there's a pharmacy and a good restaurant. The road to the house is now covered in concrete, so you don't need to worry about renting an SUV to drive there. All the amenities are there, the kitchen is very well stacked, plenty of appliances and cookware. The pool is not large, but well maintained, a pool guy visits every few days. The house is also cool downstairs even during heatwaves as it's half underground, we didn't even need the AC (which is a ridiculous 15€/day, if you need it). The only downside is uncomfortable beds...
