We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a beautiful weekend. The surroundings were peaceful and place was super cozy. Apt for a relaxing weekend trip by the lake.

Our stay at Breathe Vacation Rentals was absolutely amazing! The property offered incredible privacy and a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect place for our family to reconnect and unwind during the holidays. Their communication was excellent, with quick responses that made the whole experience seamless. They even have an amazing gym—which, to be honest, we didn’t touch at all because we were too busy relaxing! Every detail was thoughtfully designed to enhance relaxation, and the space exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

Beautiful place! Easy to get to and still maintains the "remote" feeling. Not far from amenities yet secluded enough to feel like you are getting away. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Will definitely be booking with them again in the near future. Next time, the only thing I will change is a longer visit. You need lots of time to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer. Thanks again for a great visit!

All of us 8 people + 1 baby had a fantastic stay! The place is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We visited in winter with lots of snow, but the host made sure the driveway was cleared, which was super convenient. All the appliances and furniture are clean and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. The water filter provides great-tasting drinking water, which was a nice touch. The view is breathtaking, and the decor is stylish and inviting. There’s a Pack ’n Play for babies to sleep in and plenty of things for toddlers to enjoy. Highly recommend!

A lovely stay with friendly holiday touches! Loved the hot tub and cooking in the kitchen. Very comfortable bed, almost as good as the views!

Our stay was amazing. Simply put the lake house us relaxing, with everything was easy. The home is clean with everything we needed for the best mini vacation. Our dogs enjoyed the comfort as did we for having a space we can travel that is inclusive to dig parents. The lake house is a home, away from home that provides a space to visit with family who live in this area. The scene out the windows I pure magic. George's place was lovely. Loved the view from the hottub and the games room in the basement was a huge bonus. My only issue is thete were no hand towels in the bathrooms or the kitchen for doing the dishes but otherwise was very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again

Sandeep and Stephanie are amazing hosts! This was our third stay, and it definitely won’t be our last. They’re always so accommodating, with clear instructions that make everything seamless. The space is lovely, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience!

The location is amazing, a short walk down the trail to the public beach was a great bonus. The lake is perfect for swimming! The place felt very homey, and the nostalgia of watching a movie on VHS is so much fun. Would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a wonderful time at CJ's Lakehouse. Jennifer was kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We loved using the Point Pelee park pass to spend a day exploring. The view was beautiful and the house was clean and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend Jennifer as a host and CJ's lakehouse as the perfect getaway. We will be returning!

This farmhouse is absolutely beautiful ! Bill (property manager) was conveniently on site when one of the couples from our group arrived and went through everything and answered any questions we had. Located right off the OFSC trails, close to the scenic ice caves, and with use of heated garage for snowmobiles made our weekend very relaxing after a day of riding the local trails. Our group of 8 had tons of space to relax and unwind. I couldn't imagine staying at this property in the summer and not being able to find something to do.

Wow!! This place is a true hidden gem. Private, clean, spacious and peaceful. Spent most of the time on the dock staring at the beautiful lake, using the SUP and cooking in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. You never know exactly what you’re going to get at an airbnb. This FAR exceeded our expectations and we felt so lucky to have found this amazing space!! Thank you Rox for being such a great host!!

We had a great stay at Tristan's home on St Joe's Island. The host was great for communication, everything was as described and clean. The home has a beautiful view and directly on the water with a wonderful fireplace, sauna and hot tub. We had a great family gathering and would stay again.

This place is wonderful. It was very well appointed. The lake is private and peaceful. There are large windows in the house overlooking looking the lake and a huge comfortable couch. The hottub is amazing bonus. The bedrooms were clean and well-designed. We will certainly be back!

Miranda’s cottage was a great spot for our annual ATV trip. The cottage was very clean and as described. Having a sauna and the ability to swim in the lake was also nice. Look forward to returning to the cottage continuing.

This place is a gem, a diamond in the rough! So much character and natural beauty. Hosts allowed us to host our intimate wedding vows on short notice and it was just exactly what we envisioned!
