My stay was perfect. The apartment’s location was walkable to local restaurants and the mall if ambitious. The kitchen’s supplies were bare bone, but exactly what I needed. The complex is fairly quiet and it was lovely to have access to the pool and gym. And Christopher was super responsive, even at weird hours in the middle of the night.

A wonderful place to spend the weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our first ever visit to San Clemente. The home was a perfect location for a three-day wedding adventure. We especially appreciated the nearby stairs/pathway to the beach and trail.

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

Great place

Just the weekend away we needed. The place was perfect.

My family stayed here during the Christmas holiday and want to say this is such a wonderful place. I grew up in the area and this was always one of the more desirable neighborhoods to stay in, so 10/10 location. Aside from the great location, the place was perfect - easy to enter/exit, clean and open rooms and safe. It's a very comfortable and "homey" space with a great gathering area/living room and VERY comfy couches and beds. Marianne was also proactive about our stay and very easy to communicate with. I cannot stress how much we loved this place and how perfect it was for my family. We definitely will be staying here again.

The host is very flexible. Great and safe place to stay. Close to Disneyland.

we had a great time and a lovely stay! PROS -location was awesome! steps away from the beach and tons of restaurants. we enjoyed walking everywhere! -reserved parking spot- only good for small cars though, but there's plenty of free street parking too. -place was clean, easy to get to, and host was friendly and responsive! -worth it for the price! CONS -the only windows that opened faced a shared walkway and we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open overnight or while showering, so the place can get musty. but not too much of an issue as there are fans in some rooms. we also didn't spend too much time in the space since we were out and about all day.

The studio apartment is small but has everything you need for a stay in Laguna. Kitchen is small but has the basics. Bathroom is good size for a studio built in the 1920's. Bed was comfortable and space overall met our needs. This apartment is great if you don't intend to spend a lot of time inside compared to the cottages which provide more spaces to enjoy.

Mel was the best host I’ve had! We asked if they had a tea kettle and she quickly amazoned it. The space is great value and the outdoor area is such a treat.

I spent four days and three nights at the CDM Village Retreat, it was amazing! The location is great! It’s close to shops, coffee, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. You can feel the time and attention that has gone into this space and the host has thought of everything! For a great stay, I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen was a plus as we love to cook and prepared several meals.

Quiet convenient pretty place. I do wish there are a lot more bigger pots, blender, and a rice cooker as listed on the description though. There are only 3 little pots to cook with. Safe place. Spacious nice layout

This place was AMAZING. It was hugely spacious and extremely comfy. the bathrooms were extremely spacious and clean, the kitchen is exactly what you need to whip up some amazing things and a full size fridge was a god send for buying drinks and other goodies from the h-mart literally across the street. The host was incredible, extremely great communication and accommodated what we needed during the stay. Definitely check this place out for a pit stop and there are tons of ev charging stations in the area as well as great food options [especially if you are asian like myself] to eat at just a minute away.

We loved Jimmy’s place! It felt more like a nice hotel, with its modern design and super clean interior. The beds are SO comfortable and we slept great. The layout of the place was great- huge kitchen/living, two big bedrooms with dedicated baths, and our favorite- the deck! The deck is very large and overlooks a man made lake. The building has a lot of amenities if you want to use them. We had our dog with us, and appreciate the numerous dog friendly areas in the building, and especially the lovely walking loop around the lake with geese and ducks :) it feels safe and quiet, and the building was not loud even on the Friday and Saturday nights we were there. We would 100% stay here again. The only thing that needed a little more instruction was the parking garage- it’s not the most intuitive layout, but reception helped us- I recommend asking reception for directions before attempting on your own!

We loved our stay at Sara’s place. The location was great as we could easily walk to Disneyland. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils. The pushcart / stroller was a Lifesaver as we used it to hold our backpacks etc when going to Disneyland. Sara gave us excellent direction on how to get to the park which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and relatives

This apartment in Irvine Spectrum Center is good for short and long stays. Spacious, bright, tidy and comfortable. Daily necessities are well prepared. You can tell they put in the effort. The special touches are a small bottle of olive oil, a bottle of Maldon salt, and a bottle of black pepper. Fried eggs and steaks are very convenient.
