Cabin holiday rentals in Orange County

We absolutely loved our time at the cabin! We used the snow shoes after the fresh snowfall to go see the meadow/barn area, Beautiful views!! The cabin was so cozy and warm, I hope we can return in the future.

we loved staying in this cabin for a bachelorette weekend. the hot tub and cozy fireplace was my favorite part.

Melissa’s listing was a great find during a time when there very few places to stay in the greater Vermont area due to the solar eclipse. She was very responsive even before we reached the Airbnb, gave very useful advice about getting around and local attractions, and had a beautiful space for us to enjoy a weekend trip.

Wonderful Vermont home and perfect for our trip to ski and visit colleges. Spacious and comfortable, with lots of Vermont touches. Kitchen was well stocked. Primary bathroom was fabulous with a glass shower and a soaking tub. Outdoor hot tub was amazing and so fun during a snow storm. Extra long dining table can seat 12, which let us have friends over for dinner, which was great. Hosts were incredibly responsive and very friendly. Was a wonderful stay overall!

Fun, cozy, cabin with a cool fire pit by the river. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and left clear instructions. The 30 minute drive to and from Killington is easy and the spacious living room is perfect for everyone to decompress and heaters warm up quickly. Hot tub worked perfectly. My group had a great trip.

Our stay at James's cottage was a great experience in a beautiful location right on Lake Morey. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed from a well-appointed kitchen to the large screened in porch to the outdoor decks, dock and raft. The cottage faces west, looking out across the lake, which afforded us some beautiful sunsets. There was ample room for five of us to play board games or to find a quiet place to read a book or to kayak, swim and fish. James was an excellent host; he was very prompt and responsive with his communications. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely consider returning there in the future.

We loved our time at this cozy cabin. It is very private and secluded. It had everything we needed for our stay. The wood stove heats things up quick and was easy to use. We were able to snowshoe right from the porch, as it snowed every day and there was plenty of property to explore. The cabin is close to alot of things we enjoyed. It is very bright and peaceful inside. The steps to the loft bedroom are steep, but we expected such. The road to the cabin can be sketchy with a fresh snow, but our AWD with all weather tires was more than capable. We did take it extra slow coming back down the hill to the main road as it had not been plowed. We would recommend to anyone wanting a private getaway and would definitely stay again!

Super underrated place! Gorgeous property and the cabin is very comfortable. Has more than what you would need and the host was so nice! Perfect place to relax and adventure from!

Perfect base location for hiking in NH and VT in a peaceful, secluded campground. The view on the porch cannot be beat. Cabin had everything we needed plus wifi to get a little work done. Host is very responsive, cabin is very clean.

Great Cabin . . . Very clean and with an awesome view. The herd of Jersey Cows were a great plus. Looked like a painting at times when they were near the river. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals (pots and pans even had a crock pot!). Will try to book again in the spring and bring our rods to fish the river. Our daughter LOVED her stay. We had an amazing stay with Tania! The property is gorgeous and the cabin is very cozy. Highly recommend for a comfortable getaway!

It was perfect for what we wanted! We were giving Grandma an 80th Hallmark Experience. A lot of what we did was in Woodstock and it was a noce 30 min ride to the town, but for us very convenient. We had a family of 14 and we played games in ythe main living room all together. The downstairs was perfect for our older kids to hang out in!

Really enjoyed my stay the past weekend at this cabin. The property that it is located on is really beautiful. Inside the cabin itself is just like the photos. Cozy loft upstairs and a nice downstairs with all the needed amenities. Big windows that perfectly faced the sunrise in the morning from the loft. Easy drive to nearby ski mountains. Hope to stay again sometime in the future!

We had a great last minute weekend get together with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law at Anna’s place. It was just the right amount of space for two couples, with a bedroom and bathroom on the lower level, kitchen, bathroom and living space on the main floor, and a bedroom on the top floor. The kitchen was stocked well. Would love to come back and enjoy the outdoor space in the warm weather!

As always, we had a wonderful time staying at the cabin! It is such a special place so quiet and peaceful. We did puzzles and read books and just relaxed. We have been coming back to the cabin for the last three years and this year we even booked a summer trip because we love it this much!!! Thanks again as always for sharing your special space.
