Apartment holiday rentals in Orangetown

The home stay, as described, was close to everything, the neighborhood is walkable and has a great range of coffee shops. We enjoyed how clean and organized the place was, as well as its proximity to major bus routes, and the pier. Will recommend to friends!

Space was perfect for what I needed. Love the area and look forward to staying there again. Kitchen was great for meal preparation and was just what I needed.

We didn’t have time to cook there but the kitchen would have had what I needed. Concerned host reached out when we had delays in travel and a very late check in. Lots of space. Stairs entering building are steep but sturdy if you have someone with knee issues. Bar next door causes some noise to be heard in kitchen area but it was still quiet in the bedrooms at the back. Wonderfully close to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc.

Henry was helpful whenever we contacted him. There was a birthday party ford a 7 year old upstairs and he let me know ahead of time. I did appreciate that. The place was very clean and I had a very nice stay. I would definitely stay again.

Andre was a wonderful and communicative host. The unit was exactly as described. I was in town for 3 months over the summer for work, and this unit was exactly what I was looking for - good kitchen, laundry, and a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the work day. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around, and is close to several grocery stores/restaurants/other stores. If you're looking to walk to the Metro North train, it's a short walk less than a mile away, but know that there are some big hills! I had a great stay here, and would choose this Airbnb again if I had another long term stay in the area.

I appreciated how easy it wad to check in and how quick it took for Silvia to answer our questions. Silvia is a very sweet lady and the airbnb was peaceful and beautiful.

The photos do not convey how amazing the location is. There’s a huge private patio overlooking the ocean. It’s also much bigger and nicer than seen in the photos. It’s also well stocked. The host is lovely - and so helpful and responsive. We will absolutely be staying there again this summer. One packing note: the unit is so amazingly sunny, so pack eye covering if you’re light sensitive. I travel with mine and was happy I had them.

We had a nice, peaceful two-night stay. We were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again when I come to the area. It was very cozy and comfy. Parking was very easy on the street too.

The place that I stayed in was very nice and clean. I loved it. The neighborhood was very quiet and calm. I definitely enjoyed it and also looking forward to coming back next if I’m ever around the area.

Milton's place was clean, neat, exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. I slept so well each night and I cooked my own meals at least half of the time. The bathroom was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. It was below freezing every day I was in NY and the place was always perfectly heated. Milton himself is friendly, organised, always responded to my messages quickly and had great advice about the neighbourhood. I got confused about the shower (I'm not from the US, they're different). Milton came in personally and showed me what I was doing wrong. He also put me onto the fastest subway lines and some great local cafes. Excellent experience. Would stay again.

Very clean accommodation in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Hosts very responsive and attentive to our needs. Easy to get to Manhattan through the LIRR if you need to get there. We recommend it. Thanks Saidy and Ed.

This was just what I needed for my first trip to Mohegan Lake! Quiet neighborhood. Cozy bed. Great water pressure. I’ll definitely be booking again if I come back to this cute little town.

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at John’s Airbnb in Newburgh! From the moment we arrived, John’s warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

My stay here for the weekend went beyond my expectations. The hospitality is very welcoming. I was given a small tour during arrival along with the option to use amnesties to accommodate such as food, wine, etc…. Host was very responsive. For any one looking to book this room I recommend as this was my first AirBnb. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

This was a beautiful home in a serene private area yet close to lots of restaurants and shops. Hot tub under the stars as a very light snow fell was the PERFECT ending to a great weekend. Kitchen well stocked with pans/pots and utensils. Kim was very helpful and even accommodated a last minute late check out for a very reasonable additional cleaning crew fee. It allowed us a little extra time with our cadet before dropping him back off at West Point. Thank you!

Everything was what I expected,Great service great host, The apartment matched the description, Everything was perfect. I enjoyed my stay mostly definitely would like to book again in the future, Highly recommended.

The place was great. It was right next to mountain creek. It had a nice hot tub to hang out in . The only problem was the hot water in the shower wouldn’t get so hot. Otherwise the house was a 10/10
