You will feel great in this freshly renovated accommodation. Suitable for family events and gatherings of friends. Only a few minutes aways from the charming medieval city of Citta della Pieve, yet in the lap of nature. The 5-hectare property has 400 olive trees, several generations of pine trees, flowers and all kinds of fruit trees. We also have five chickens that provide fresh eggs every day. Guests can admire the Tuscan hills from the windows and terraces. A truly Italian way of life.

Well-kept and comfortable apartment near the sea

With this accommodation close to the sea and the centre, you can spend an unforgettable holiday. You will have all the necessary comforts: heating and air conditioning, washing machine, comfortable mattresses, television etc. The apartment, close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, bars, pizzerias, restaurants...), has a double bedroom, kitchen, spacious living room with sofa bed, closet, bathroom, large terrace and armoured door. Casa Marina - Studio apartment overlooking the sea

Charming 6th floor studio (with elevator) with a great view of the Gulf of Follonica. The beach is 50 meters away and can be reached on foot, as is the nearby pine forest. Very well-kept and equipped with a living terrace where you can eat while enjoying a beautiful view. Suitable for families or couples. It has a private garage. It is strategically located, with a nearby supermarket, pharmacy, post office and food shops. Pets welcome. Tourist tax is not included in the price

At the foot of the historic center and 2 steps from the lake

Relax in this quiet space centrally located. We are at the foot of the Historic Center. Lungolago, summer nightlife and supermarkets, all within 200 meters, all within walking distance. Free indoor parking. Very clean, with all the comforts including the newly installed air conditioning (hot-fridge). All the furniture is new, it's not a Venetian suite but nothing is missing. We are in a condominium that offers and asks for peace of mind. We hope we can live up to it.

Comfortable apartment a few meters from the sea

Apartment in condominium by the sea with guard service, very comfortable as it allows you to walk down to the beach. Below the condominium is a beautiful free beach and very organized private establishment, enchanting transparent sea. The apartment has 5 beds, a very bright living room from a terrace where it is nice to eat. Perfectly equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, TV, Wifi. Ideal vacation for those with children and love sports.

HOLIDAY APARTMENT IN HISTORICAL PALACE- MARINA

The apartment is located in an historical palace in the very heart of the old town. Near to all monuments, shops and restaurants but extremely quiet and peaceful. The old town is a pedestrian area . The flat is at the second floor. There is a lift for luggage and wheelchairs. From the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and furnished with elegance and traditional Tuscan antiques.

This beautiful home is our great-grandmother's home, and we're proud to be able to rent it. We completely renovated it, keeping the original '50s style, with refined and modern details and furnishings. Apartment "Prua" in San Vincenzo

Very central apartment, with two dining and livable balconies overlooking the port. Two bedrooms,one sea side with a double bed and a bunk bed, and one on the square side with a double bed, accessible from the stairwell of the building I own (see photo). Very close to every service...sea, groceries, pharmacy, various kinds. To spend a relaxing vacation, admiring our beautiful sunsets, sipping good wine.

See you at the end of April, the beautiful terrace overlooking the harbor goes on vacation. Located 400 meters from the center but in the quiet greenery of Monte Argentario. Very quiet place to relax, read a book or sunbathe. House equipped with all comforts, new and tastefully furnished.
