The house is spacious, very clean and functional: there were 9 of us and we had a great time. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is a large garden and space for outdoor breakfast. All of the rooms have air conditioning. The location is very quiet, a little far from the beaches, but in a not excessively long time you can reach the most beautiful places on the west coast. Roberto is a very responsive, kind and helpful host. We thank him and also his dad, who gave us a very good watermelon!

Armando's house is located just outside the city of Alghero. By car you can quickly get to the city and at the same time you will have enough privacy in the huge garden, on the terrace and in the very spacious house (3 bedrooms and large living room+kitchen best fit for 4-6 guests). At every point it is noticeable that the house is maintained and cared for with a lot of love. The cleanliness was outstanding in this sense.

Valeria was very helpful from the beginning, responding quickly to all our questions. Also, since the house was not equipped with a washing machine, at our request, he installed it for our stay. The lady welcomed us. Tonia, a kind, sunny person and always available and discreet. The house fully reflects the description of the listing and remains cool, due to the orientation and to be at a high point and close to the sea. The veranda is quiet and intimate. The house in general is peaceful and the neighbors are respectful. Santa Caterina and the surroundings, are a magical place to spend a quiet vacation and in contact with nature. We just left and can't wait to come back ;) Thank you Valeria and Tonia, it was a pleasure meeting you!

We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!

I recently had an amazing vacation in S 'Archtu in Sardinia, and can only highly recommend Antonio's rental via Airbnb. The welcome was warm and considerate. Antonio was an exceptional host, always available to answer our questions and give us tips on the best local activities and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped, offering beautiful sea views. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks again to Antonio for his hospitality.

We are extremely pleased we booked to stay here. The view from the deck was so much better than the photos showed, it was absolutely stunning. The location was incredibly peaceful and the villa, which was built by Vincenzo’s grandfather was beautiful and very spacious and authentic. Although there is no air conditioning the windows had mosquito screens so could be left open all night to allow a breeze. Vincenzo was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. The jetty was only a few minutes walk and a great place to swim. We highly recommend staying here and it was quite nice to not have wifi. The only inconvenience was having to throw away our rubbish but maybe this is common in Alghero as we saw other cars doing the same. Thank you Vincenzo, staying in your home was a highlight for us.

Beautiful place to stay - isolated so you’ll need a car but so worth it for the privacy and peace. Absolutely gorgeous

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.

We felt completely comfortable, beautiful house, with lots of nice details. The pool is huge with 50m length, but salt water. Of course, the bay with the free sunbeds and sunshades is even better. In our travel time, it was 2/3 evenings very noisy from the small restaurant by the pool, sometimes until 3:30 am. But fortunately not daily. 2x we had a visit from the wild boar, despite the locked gate Once we had a visit from two deer on the neighboring property. It should be taken into account that the nightly larger shopping is at least 25 minutes away, a small shopping shop with few expensive products is nearby. We had a great holiday, with great views and location by the sea, thank you to Roberta

We felt very comfortable in Stefania's house! The garden around the house is huge, the location is great to explore the area and the nearest beach is a 5 minute walk through a pine grove. House and especially the kitchen is equipped above average, we would come back again!

Very clean accommodation, very welcoming hosts and very PROS. This rental is as advertised. We spent 1 week of rest and relaxation. To be recommended.

Oh my God, I cannot believe how lucky we were with this villa! It is everything one can dream of. Sabrina met us at the villa to show us around and welcomed us with a prosecco, a truckle of premium Parmigiano, and a lot of other tasty goodies. The kitchen was fully stocked - an espresso/cappuccino machine with a good amount of coffee, and the refrigerator was full of necessities - milk, juice, eggs, water, etc. There was a massive platter of delicious fruit. We felt welcomed like family. The villa itself is beyond beautiful. It is so tasteful and has so much Sardinian character and authenticity. The view is mesmerizing, the bedrooms are bright and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. It is located steps from one of the best beaches in the area and just a minute's drive from the old town. The villa is next to a cute hotel with a fantastic breakfast on a terrace overlooking the beach so we would go there for breakfast every morning. I now dream of going back...

Sara's villa is a great place to have a good time with family or girlfriend. The property and incredibly large, as well as the pool. There is a lot of space inside the villa, so there are plenty of retreat options. The villa exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be happy to come back. This is not least because of Sara, who is a great hostess.

We spent two nights in the place and enjoyed the tranquility, the view and the beauty of the garden. The terrace is truly a highlight. Rita welcomed us very warmly and left us plenty of care. It should be noted that the accommodation is still very secluded in the countryside and it is best to ask for additional instructions to get there so as not to get lost.

A stylish retreat with great attention to detail. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this beautifully renovated villa in Sardinia. The house is tastefully furnished, modern yet cozy, with high-quality furniture and an aesthetic interior. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The peaceful setting and the spacious garden really stood out. The pool is a real highlight. Large, crystal clear, and surrounded by comfortable loungers and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. You can tell that a lot of care went into every detail. One small suggestion: the fixed-position umbrellas by the pool provide shade, but since they’re set in place, they can’t be adjusted depending on the sun’s position – a bit more flexibility here would make lounging outside even more enjoyable. This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy Sardinia in a quiet and stylish atmosphere. We truly felt at home and would love to return.

Large property with a great cottage, which is a little outdated, but serves its purpose. A car/motorcycle is definitely required to reach the property. Absolute highlight was the large pool, the large terrace with the sunbathing facilities & the great pizza oven. Communication with Jana was super straightforward & the tips you get at the beginning of the stay are a great help.

We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Pedra. The apartment is just like the photos and was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So much outside space with plenty of shade and beautiful gardens. The lovely pool was much enjoyed by our daughters. Daniele, Monica and Bruno were very helpful and friendly hosts. There are lots of lovely beaches to visit in the area and the villa is just a short drive from Alghero. We had a lovely holiday here and would highly recommend.

The house is located in the more touristy west of the island on the slope overlooking the sea, which you can also hear rustling on the terrace in the evening. There is a small pool that is absolutely large enough and loved our 14-person troupe. For the little ones, there was enough run-out in the wide area. A car is essential). The house itself is tiptop clean, probably built in the 90s and has three levels. At the entrance height the kitchen, living room with large table and access to the terrace, upstairs 3 rooms with private bathroom, downstairs 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms. You can quickly reach the nearest small village, the beach or inland - great. Bed linen and towels are available for 10 Eur pP. The owners are super nice, reactive and friendly. We would come back:-)

Great place to stay. Short drive to Bosa and not to far from lots to do and see. Leave the windows open at night and you will fall asleep to the sound of waves hitting the shore.
