Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Lovingly restored gites, set in the rural , tranquil and picturesque countryside, great for a summer break relaxing by the pool or a cosy winter break in front the log burner, lovely woodland walks, great for cycling, good outside space to sit , dine and relax , or a spot of early morning yoga on the lawn with just the birds singing in the background. Only a short drive to local amenities , such as bakeries, Italian restaurants, super market & sites of interest, as seen in our pictures.

Le Vieux Fournil still has the original bread oven opening into the living space in this wonderfully quirky building. The kitchen and bathroom are housed in the original woodstore and pig sty and the bedroom is converted in the hayloft. The house is 2 km’s from the historic town of Lassay-les-Châteaux with its fortified medieval chateau., winding streets and gardens.
