New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Although year-use annex, 32 sqm. Containing kitchen, bed 160x200, armchairs, chairs, toilet/bath. Suitable for 2 prs. The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with lovely delimited "private" garden. 2 min walk to the view of Kullen, 7 min walk to the beach with bridge, and on towards the old Gilleleje, to the harbor and the city. In the opposite direction is Nakkehoved Lighthouse, with breathtaking views of land as well as towards Sweden. It is possible to borrow men's and women's bike, with gear. Older models!

NO PARTIES IN the HOUSE !!!! The house was built by the host himself in 2020. Fences have been put up against the path until hedges have grown, so that you can stay undisturbed in the small cozy garden. The house is with modern Nordic decor - with lots of lovely cottage atmosphere. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. It does not overlook the water from the house. Water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and staples like oil, sugar, and spices are included in the price. We will send a request for electricity aconto before and settle afterwards. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 m from the water. With access to, shared private beach land, with bathing bridge. Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.

Summerhouse at island - fjordview

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
