Beautiful place with everything you want from a villa like this! Very nice and clean indoors and poolside Friendly neighbours. Some nice cats visiting sometimes.....but don't give them any food or let them in to the house.

Second stay at Dora’s place by the beach, this time in winter! Just as beautiful, peaceful and relaxing!

Very impressed with IMMEDIATE response to any questions we had. Very pleasant to deal with and very professional. The view from our bedroom was spectacular! We highly recommend this place and will likely come back!

Andreas was a very good host. He personally welcomed me and showed me the apartment. Wine and water were also ready to welcome you. He also provided a small electric heater for the living room. In advance, Andreas gave me suggestions for a Christmas dinner in the restaurant. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. I can only recommend it, even in winter in Cyprus.

very relaxing weekend at marios place. off the beaten track, very private and peaceful. The beach is a hundred metres away, as well as a local resteraunt. There's a big supermarket 10 mins drive away, everything you need really. if you need a weekend getaway I would definitely recommend !

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

This ABNB is dead center on the boardwalk. There is $3 per entrance, unlimited time parking. If you leave, you’ll have to pay another $3 to come back in. This is just info for people with rentals. There is also a direct bus to the airport that drops you in front of the ABNB. The unit is across the street from the beach, and there’s unlimited restaurants everywhere.

Such a beautiful view from the balcony and really nicely furnished. Is an older apartment so wouldn’t be half as nice if it wasn’t so clean and nicely styled. Lily-ane sent a really helpful guide to checking in/out and Larnaca and was quick to respond to messages. So nice to have free parking too.

First of all Stavroula is great host, kind, helpful and responsive. Thank you for warm welcome, very appreciated personal touch ( fruits and wine) The house is beautiful, very clean, has everything what you need, just like home. Better than the photos. Surroundings are stunning and peaceful. The sea is just a few steps away from the house.We had a short but wonderful and intensive stay. We rent a car and saw a lot of beautiful places. We hope to come back again for longer time, there's still a lot of places to visit.. Thank you so much Stavroula! Agnieszka with family.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

It was perfect! We will definitely be booking this apartment again and again! David was a great host who always responded to any questions we had before and during our stay. Not that we needed him but Mike who we assumed was the custodian for the apartment complex was so friendly and always asking if everything was ok. Lovely quiet apartment. Hire car delivered to the complex and returned to airport. Lovely Taverna in the village and well stocked little supermarket. Petra and Bernhard were perfect hosts with brilliant prompt communication. Was great having Keith on site to answer any questions. Will miss hearing the sheep and goats passing by the fields at the back!

Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. A Magical Beach Getaway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this beach villa in Larnaca was like stepping into a dream. It's right by the beach, and the view of the sea is just wow! The pool is like having a piece of paradise in your backyard. Inside, the house is super comfy and cool. The bedrooms are cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need. It's not just a house; it feels like your own special place. In a nutshell, this place is like a magic spell for a great time. If you want a super cool beach vacation, this is the spot. Totally recommend it! 🌴🌊😊

It was an amazing time here ! See and sunsets was great :) near the villa there is a small beach bat where you can order snacks and drinks. House has everything for standard life :) hosts and neighbors support us in any questions. Just one thing - you need a car, even to get some products from supermarket. Local Delivery service is very slowly…. We’ll back next year 😍

The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. An info to those who have to work despite vacation, sometimes the wifi has a good bandwidth and is well available throughout the house. The location is ideal to take excursions. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, even though the airport is nearby. To the beach, you go 5 minutes and take long walks. Although we did not meet Lina in person, she was always available and responded quickly.

We spent a few wonderful days in this accommodation in January. Communication with the owner was very simple with clear instructions. The apartment is in an excellent location and has everything for a long or short stay. We traveled with friends, two families of 4 adults and 3 children and we had enough space. We spent our days on the beach in front of the house, the sea temperature was acceptable even for swimming in January. Excellent experience. There is a bus stop in front of the house, a wonderful restaurant on the beach is a few meters away, so this is an excellent location for a peaceful vacation. All recommendations ☺️

Thanks to Andreas - we were looking for a comfortable spot right next to the beach, and this was it! So many listings are not truly beachfront - well, this one is! Andreas was super-responsive, the place was immaculate, and we really enjoyed.

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city
