This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

Great place to stay in Addis Ababa! The apartment is simply beyond praise — cleanliness and comfort at the highest level. Everything you need for a comfortable holiday is thought out to the smallest detail. The host is incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any questions. It feels like home, and hospitality makes your stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in Addis Ababa!

Sami was an exceptional host! The Airbnb was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Sami’s hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, and Sami was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to returning in the future!

My family and I stayed at Eyob’s place for 2 weeks and loved our stay. The location is was perfect, it’s near many great restaurants and cafe’s and close to the airport. Having a driver was a huge plus! The driver was kind, a good driver & very helpful to get us where we need to be. The host was responsive and made sure all our needs were met. Overall a wonderful stay, would stay again and recommend it to anyone!!

I think Hiwot and her husband were fantastic hosts! They were very friends even invited me to dinner one night. Their sons are also there as they all live in the same complex. If this is your first time in Addis having Hiwot and her family as your first point of contact and home base will be a great experience. They have been super accommodating and even though I had trouble with wifi they gave me a mobile hotspot to carry while they got it resolved. I did have issues with the stove but as mists of my trouble was finding a space that I felt confident would feel like home. I definitely co-sign staying here and feeling it out. I booked a week to start and will be likely extending through the end of the month.

Chilallo’s place is absolutely wonderful! Much larger than the pictures actually display! You have beautiful patio views on all four sides of the Penthouse! What I loved the most was the privacy & safety of the building! Private elevator that takes you right to the penthouse suite. Security was downstairs 24/7. The penthouse has a 2 person hot tub and the sauna was definitely the icing on the cake! Lovely cafe was open from breakfast to 7pm everyday right upstairs from the Penthouse. They have wonderful food where you can eat in their restaurant indoor/outdoors or you can have it delivered right to your penthouse suite. There is also a small store downstairs for supplies you may need during your stay which is so convenient! When I’m back in Addis this is the only place I will ever stay at! I feel right at home! Beautiful chandeliers throughout the penthouse! 2 full bathrooms! Comfortable couches/love seats! Home away from home! The staff was very friendly and always responded when I needed them and were also always in the office on the first floor during business hours for added convenience!

We felt home as soon as we arrived at Ilham's Appartment. Our special requests for late check-in and check-out were granted without hesitation. the area is right in the middle of everything and we could call to have someone explain how to get to the appartment to our cab driver from the airport. All in all this was a perfect stay, to accommodate a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed making our own breakfast.
