We stayed here for our honeymoon and WOW what an amazing place. The views from the cabin are insane, we were snowed in for a few days but the cabin was the perfect place for a few slow days! Ellen-Kristine and Bjørn we're really helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions. They even got a friendly neighbour to check we were ok when the unexpected snow arrived! For outdoor activities the location is perfect, Stranda itself is very quiet, it's a fairly long drive (40mins) for any nice restaurants, but that was fine with us!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ole’s place. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very friendly and responded quickly, providing all the information we needed. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant. We truly recommend this place to others! ❤️

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. Enjoy the hot tub under the starry sky and northern lights.🥰 There was everything we needed. Nice service and glass in different varieties. Good sofa and space around the dining table. A perfect weekend!!

Had us a lovely few days at the cabin! We were a bunch of 10 people - big and small. The amenities were really set up for everyone was well. Fantastic ski slopes right outside, and a short drive to the alpine resort. Can really recommend this cabin. Happy to come back!

No words can describe it. For those who just like peace and quiet, a perfect place! The views from the terrace, the sounds, the area... with two teenagers and a dog spent 5 days enchanting. The host is always available, very friendly and helpful - you can't ask for better! We will be happy to come back!

I loved being in this so cozy authentic cabin. The soul can unwind & heal here. The view of the fjords from the panoramic window is incredibly beautiful. My hikes to many beautiful waterfalls, right nearby and the sight of the surrounding fjords, was a very intense, powerful experience for me. This place had something magical for me, even the few people I met here. Per Kato is an absolutely likeable, helpful & down-to-earth person. He picked me up from the ship on request and personally said goodbye. I was allowed to fire the fireplace, which made the evenings in the cabin so wonderfully "muggy". The journey to Trandal through the Hjorundfjord is an experience in itself. You arrive by ship from Alesund and get off into a different world. You don't need a car here, which makes the origin of this landscape even more appealing. Thanks for having me !

This Airbnb was meant to be the highlight of our Norwegian trip, and even though it rained and we had high expectations of the view, the view did not disappoint. The view was absolutely incrediable and if you have the chance to stay here, we cannot speak highly enough of the property and Ingar and Liv. My parents needed to know whether there would a coffee machine, and Ingar and Liv went above and beyond and sent us the English instruction booklet for their specific machine. We also got to meet them as they were nearby and we had such a nice chat. We hope to be back one day! 10/10!

Beautiful cabin for a break in time! Very calm and cozy and the view is absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our weekend there with my mum!

We absolutely loved our stay at Synnove. The cottage sits at the bottom of a beautiful valley. It's very comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The view from the dining room and terrace is breathtaking. We would spend hours looking at the landscape. The environment is quiet and close to many hikes. This is one of the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever done, we would be happy to come back.

Nice place! I am a proof that it is possible to get there without a car-I took the bus to Haddal /Garneskrysset , then went from there (nice trip up the road to the cabin).

The surrounding surroundings are amazing. When I brought tourists who wanted to experience Norwegian nature, this was perfect with the small cabin. Simple standard, as we wanted, traditional experience on a beautiful noise. Nice that there were fishing waters nearby, and that you can drive all the way by car, as this time we only had a few hours available - and the weather was variable. Cozy hosts who were easily accessible. Recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Tormod‘s house. The most cosy AirBnB we ever had - super furnished, beautifully located in the fjord and in the middle of nature with a beautiful view to the mountains. We are looking forward to visit the house in summer again, to enjoy the endless activities on the water as well. Thank you, Tormod!

We had a great stay. From the house you have magnificent views on the surrounding mountains. It is easy to visit different fjords and find beautiful hike locations nearby. The house itself is modern and well equipped.
