Charming home with amazing pool and a great location Massimo was so helpful and always quick to respond offering restaurant reccos as well The ac was great and the bedrooms stay completely dark if you close the shutters which was nice to sleep a little later despite the morning light There were paper towels, salt oil even some coffee and filters, many basics provided We did not hear cars or highway sounds, just owls, roosters and quiet, it truly is a special place

Gianluca was a very caring host. Accessibility and communication easy, straightforward and fast - in very good English. The place is great for anyone looking for peace and privacy. The house has everything it needs for a nice vacation including a large pool, sauna and hot tub. Gianluca recommended very good restaurants and excursion destinations. Above all, many insider tips, i.e. no tourist hotspots but local ones where locals eat. We will be happy to come back 😊 Thanks, Gianluca 👍

My husband, dogs, and I had an amazing stay at the cottage. It was peaceful and private- we enjoyed cooking dinner and eating on the patio every night. The cottage had everything we needed and my dogs loved that they could explore inside the fully fenced yard. The location is great if you like to explore all the little towns, but have peace and quiet at the end of the day. This has been our favorite place to stay in Tuscany and we hope we can come back soon!

The house and the entire complex were beautiful. The furnishings were of very high quality, the beds were excellent. Since we unfortunately had a lot of bad luck with the weather, we/our children were very happy about the hot tub. Especially suitable for guests with dogs. The contact with Daniela was great and her father was also very helpful and very likeable. Thanks for everything

Beautiful place, well cared for and very clean. The only flaw was the very small hair dryer and there was no hand paper in the kitchen. After all, everything is well-stocked and a very quiet place

We had a wonderful time. In addition to other reviews let me point this out: good matrasses, working roll-up flyscreens at bedroom windows, Lesley (or Celeste) helped very fast when WiFi was down due to power cut, comfy chairs for garden, cushions for chairs and deck chairs. Apart from that: everybody was nice, everything was as described. We would definitely like to come back.

The Di Maggio farm is a unique place where you can regenerate, immersed in a beautiful natural setting where you can fully experience contact with Nature. The apartment is well cared for and furnished in a rustic style with ethnic touches. The outdoor veranda is priceless where you can see the farm animals and also the peacocks. The owners are very kind and helpful people with whom it is pleasant to converse and learn local news and curiosities. We fell in love.

We stayed at Leonardo's cottage for almost two weeks and we enjoyed it very much. The pool was a real highlight for us. You will have the pool all to yourselves and are privately located. The area is very quiet and the view from the cottage fantastic. However, you will have to sit in the car to visit a larger supermarket (~20 minutes) or go to a town (Sienna, Perugia for example). We enjoyed the peace and weather and privacy. There is a restaurant within walking distance, which is definitely recommended! The cottage itself was very well cleaned when we arrived and Leonardo also offered new bedding after a week if we wanted, very neat. Furthermore, the cottage is simple and it is not big, but everything you need is in it (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, good TV, good internet, etc) and if you are there on vacation, of course you are not going to sit inside... Maybe we'll come back!

Truly an amazing spot for a family vacation. An easy drive from FCO, the area is totally stunning. Gabriele was the most fantastic host, treating us like old friends. His recommendations, assistance in making reservations, and just general approach made this an enjoyable and hassle free experience. He even chopped wood for us for the evening. The house is secluded, with great nature walks starting from the property. Everything in the house was in fantastic shape, with everything we needed to enjoy it stay. A great small kitchen for cooking meals, nice bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and living room. It was exactly what we were looking for in our family getaway. I strongly recommend Gabrielle’s house for a fabulous Italian family trip.

What a wonderful home and location! All was exactly what we could have hoped for and more. Interior of Veronicas home is comfortable, clean and warm. We lacked for nothing. The exterior is amazing! Spent most of my time outside in awe of the view . Veronica and Antonella were so welcoming. So helpful with instructions and places to see. Thanks to both of them for sharing this beautiful place. A gift indeed for us.

Vania's place was just as described in the listing. We stayed 5 nights, and the cottage was perfect for making day trips to the small towns of Tuscany. The property was private and peaceful, with beautiful views of the countryside from the patio. Vania is a great host, and was helpful with questions and suggestions. We would definitely love to stay at Vania's place again.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Daniela’s country house. We were a family group of 3 couples and there was lots of space to spread out with many comfortable sitting areas. It was hot so the pool was used a lot. The town is walkable and we enjoyed going out for drinks and a meal a few times but equally enjoyed cooking at the house and eating on the terrace. A car is recommended as buses are tricky and the train station 22 mins drive away. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area as well. Thank you Daniela for hosting us!

The "il Cottage" accommodation is a lovely two bedroom apartment that is right next to the fortress (which makes it even more evocative). Francesca and Aliek welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, making us feel like we are in our home. Their whole family was very nice and helpful, including dogs, cats, and donkeys who were an unexpected and very enjoyable company for us. The fortress is located in a very quiet area but at the same time close to the main tourist attractions of Umbria easily reachable by car, at most in a couple of hours. Absolutely recommended for both couples and families, or simply for people who love tranquility and beauty .

The stay with Fausto and his wife (Anna's parents) was really great: a clean cottage in a great beautiful area. The kindness and helpfulness of the hosts was heartwarming. For example, we got a bunch of herbs from their own garden, they came to bring medicine when one of us was sick and they were always ready to answer our questions. After another place we booked canceled a few days before departure, Anna's place was still available and she was quick to respond. We couldn't have found a better place to stay than this one and will definitely go back.

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

We had a wonderful weekend in this apartment. The tranquility and privacy of the place are priceless, both inside and in the outdoor spaces you can feel total serenity. The apartment was impeccably clean and we especially appreciated the bed, incredibly comfortable! Traveling with our son of almost 3 years old, finding an environment where you can really relax is not obvious, and we were able to do it fully here. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a haven of peace and comfort.

The house is very nice, very secluded (1km private gravel path to the house) and quiet and completely surrounded by nature. The pool is huge and very well equipped with shower and toilet right by the pool. Each room still has its own large bathroom and there are even 2 kitchens. The terrace and in general the whole outdoor area is very nice and with enough trees you also have beautiful natural shade. All in all we were very satisfied, communication with Milagros was also very easy and fast. The accommodation is definitely recommended!

We recently spent two weeks in this delightful house. The location is perfect for exploring the area around the lake and further afield due to good road links. It has all the feel of an isolated house while being close to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and although basic has all the things you really need. Andrea the host was absolutely delightful and welcoming. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.
