The place was superb. It's very near the Namba station so it's very accessible. Very few steps away from Lawson so that is a plus.

Very clean, very close and convenient to mastumadachi. There is a nice kebab shop next to it, unfortunately I didn't have time to eat. The house is fully equipped, very comfortable, I like it.

The place is walking distance to Dotonbori like 10minutes walk. There is a 7/11 right in front of the building and a restaurant nearby. The place is spacious for us group of seven. Complete amenities. The linens and towels provided are clean and smells good. Smooth check in process. Will definitely stay here again on our next Osaka trip.

It was very clean as pictured.It was very good.The bath and toilet were also clean, and the two bedrooms were clean.The interior is stylish and tense.However, I was a little concerned that the cooking utensils and dishes were dirty.Other than that, I think it's the perfect place to stay!

Our stay at Tony's place was great! We loved the design and our 4yo was a big fan of the multi-level set-up. Tony was super helpful, meeting us at the station and walking with us to his place, providing lots of information about the place and local surroundings, and even gave us a ride to the station when we left. Would recommend!

We loved our stay at this cozy and welcoming place- it was the perfect location for us! The house was within walking distance of plenty of stores and restaurants, making it incredibly easy to settle in. The check-in process was seamless, and the place was easy to find. Inside, the space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful, which made our trip even smoother. We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s 3-story home in Higashiosaka with our family of four (kids aged 10 and 7). Location was perfect—safe, quiet, and super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring Osaka easy. House was spotless and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen (though we picked up a few extra ingredients). The air conditioners around the house kept the bedrooms nice and warm during our March stay (though FYI the common areas can be a tad chilly. The kids were thrilled with the dedicated playroom on its own floor—it kept them entertained for hours. The garage was a big bonus for our rental car. Chad was an amazing host, always quick to reply and super accommodating, even helping us with an Amazon delivery. Tip: We brought our own HDMI cable to connect our laptop to TV. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly spot that made our Osaka trip extra special. Highly recommend it! Thanks, Chad!

I spent time with 7 friends, but the fixtures, the number of rooms, the size, everything was great and we had a very pleasant time! The dishes and towels were also clean, the washroom was large, 3 toilets, and 2 shower rooms, making it very easy for a large group to stay! There was also a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which was very convenient.

I loved our stay here! The apartment was easy to find, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed! A huge plus was the washing machine to do our laundry. The beds were very comfortable -- I slept so well. Highly recommend!

A cozy space in a nice quiet area within walking distance of Fukushima station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and felt right at home. Ryota is a gracious host and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place with a bit more of a “local” feel. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Aoi is very responsive and very kind. We had a 10pm flight home, she didn’t have any check-in on the day we checked out, she kindly let us stay until 6pm instead of 10am check out without any extra charge even we offered to pay extra. Then suddenly there was a booking came in for that day. Instead of asking us to leave, she moved us to a different condo she has in the same building which is beautiful, pristine and ready to receive new paying guests. We were so grateful and moved by her kindness. She also gave us instructions about the KIX airport limousine bus stop just 5 minutes walk from her condo and cost only 1800 yen. Both condos are beautiful and clean, 2 minutes walk to Dotonburi, 5 minutes to Kuromon market and just minutes walk from many train stations. We already talk about coming back to stay at her condos. We also met her briefly in person, she is such a lovely person.

Excellent stay for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment was spacious, super clean and very walkable to Namba/Dotonburi. We loved the convenience of having an elevator and the check-in instructions and responsive host made everything super easy. She even helped us arrange a last minute transfer from the airport! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when I visit Osaka!!
