Villa Sharevik is a fresh accommodation for both individuals and groups. Made for family weekend, 50th birthday party or team formation day for your company! It is located in the middle of the harbor level in Hörvik, just a couple of meters from sailboats, and beaches. In the summer you can rent individual rooms or the whole house. During the low season, we only rent out the whole house. Newly renovated where sheets, towels & cleaning are included. During the summer, simpler breakfast can be offered. L-shaped house in wonderful leafy on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to ridck. In summertime there is a pool and winter time it offers two stoves, wood-fired sauna and wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with the living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedroom on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

Big older house on two floors just outside Vitaby. Four bedrooms. Large garden, nature plot and large patio and pergola with vines as a sunscreen. Also patio on the terrace with infra heating, outdoor furniture on both. Rich bird life. Older pond in the garden a stream flows through. Fast Internet that appears in a powerful mesh network throughout the house. Two TVs with large movie/channel selection. Richly equipped kitchen with much of most things! Owner lives secluded on premises and is easily reached by problem.

Cozy & Calm Countryside Retreat with Pool & Sauna

Svenskt charmigt rött trähus med vita knutar. Fri utsikt, lugn och ro. Uppvärmd pool (maj-sept) och vedeldad bastu med fridfull utsikt. Nära till naturområden, Österlen (Kivik 45 min), Åhus (ca 20 min), golfbanor och shopping i Kristianstad (17 km). Östra Vram ligger lugnt, vackert och fridfullt på bekvämt avstånd från nya E22. Du når snabbt Öresundsregionen; Malmö (80 km) och Köpenhamn (110 km). Skåne bjuder på mycket av aktiviteter, kultur, gårdsbutiker, loppisar och inte minst, god mat.

Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this accommodation with a spa feel. The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

Wonderful brick dream in Hagestad radby

Top renovated farmhouse, 260 square meters with 9 rooms. The house is built in 1912 and there is a large pool (5x10m), private courtyard, large garden with both green areas and trees, pergola and plenty of room for barbecue dinners. 3 large bedrooms with double beds and extra sofa beds. 5 km to the nearest beaches Löderup Strandbad and Sandhammaren. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 bathtub. Lots of parking spaces are available.

Wonderful villa in Österlen, 150 meters from the sea

Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen. The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.
