House was clean and spacious. Parking was great for car or small trailer, tight parking for trailers over 18ft in the winter. Mallard road is not fully plowed. Overall was great for my needs.

Great spot in a quiet little town on the water

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and babymoon trip. It’s such a great location, only an hour from Petoskey and 30 minutes from Traverse City, as well as nearby nature parks to enjoy. We loved being able to go out kayaking on the lake as well! It’s extremely peaceful here, and the Airbnb is so thoughtfully stocked with everything you’d need. It was probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever been to, great care was taken with every area. Fawn is incredibly kind and was quick to respond with any question we had. We absolutely loved it here, and would happily return!

Very cozy and great location right next to Shanty Creek Resort Hotel and very easy to get downtown Bellaire. You can either catch a ride to Schuss on the free bus transportation from the resort or take a quick drive. Overall great place for a romantic get a way!

We enjoyed our stay. This room was perfect for a few night stay, had basic kitchen amenities, Roku worked well, couch and lighting gave it cozy feel. Room was very clean, good use of small space. Great location. Communicative hosts. We would stay again.

We could not be happier with our stay in East Jordan. We had a family wedding to attend at our very old family cottage and we were less than 10 minutes from the site of the wedding. Gloria was very helpful when we had trouble getting the Wi-Fi and did not give up until it was rectified. If we ever need to find a place near to our Michigan cottage again, we will definitely try to stay at this AirB&B again.

The place is very cosy. The king size bed is super comfortable and the couch is comfortable as well. The kitchen is well stocked and Todd even left couple bottles of wine for us. A very pleasant stay overall.

After reading the reviews i was so excited to check this place out. We took about a 5hour drive from Chicago and got there about 15min before check in. the area is super quiet however i could totally see it booming in the summer. its right across from this beach. The room was perfect for two. I'm already in talks about going back in the summer time.

Our family makes the trip to bear lake every year in July. This was our first time getting an airbnb(I can’t sleep in a tent/ have no running water) it was amazing distance from the lake and was very peaceful.

This was an outstanding cottage for a winter getaway for our family! It was a great location close to multiple ski resorts and downtown Gaylord. We enjoyed getting to ski, tube, horseback ride, and play in the snow outside of the cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything was clean and cozy! It was perfect for what we were looking for. Dawn was an excellent communicator and didn’t hesitate to give us recommendations in the area and check in to make sure all is well. When we got snow overnight, there was even someone to shuffle and plow immediately in the morning. We would absolutely come back!

The home was beautiful, and very spacious, great for 2 families.The kids had a blast sledding down the hill in the back, and playing foosball on the table downstairs. The home was very clean and the spaces were well thought out. We loved the ambiance of the lights in the backyard, made for some great night sledding! The host was very responsive to any questions we had. All of the amenities listed were accurate! Would love to come back and stay during the summer months, as the property was so serene! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cabin that exceeded all of our expectations!Cozy ambiance, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we could need, making it feel like a home away from home. The host truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The serene surroundings added to the charm, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. I can't recommend this cabin enough and will definitely be returning for another stay. If you're looking for a cozy retreat with outstanding hospitality, this is the place to be!

very nice place to stay with plenty of space

This place was great - even without AC. The lake dock with pedal boat, kayak, and rowboat was fantastic. We made s’mores sitting around the fire pit. The teen boys loved getting out in the lake! There are many bugs which we Californians are not used to but we got used to them. We even found “Chippy the Chipmunk” inside the house - luckily we were able to get him outside by using a trail of bread pieces to the front door. We also enjoyed the nearby race track - added bonus when we arrived as there was a racing event going on - the teen boys loved it! The house is well stocked with the essentials and not too far from stores and shopping. Great memories made in this house!
