Great place very close to the subway, as well as some convenience stores. The house was clean and spacious, and includes two showers, making it very convenient for larger groups.

This stay was great, Mr. Ploughing and his family provided us with very nice and warm memories, a warm welcome when we entered the house, the homestay prepared a lot of daily food and drinks, and Mr. Ploughing also provided us with a very thoughtful introduction to the house, and we also got a picture of the homestay, which made us feel warm and fun.Convenient transportation around the homestay, to the Golden Pavilion, Kitano Tenmangu, etc. are very close, there are many snack bars nearby, Izakaya, ramen, burnt meats are also delicious, if there is a daily need to go to the nearby supermarket, in summary it is a very satisfying one trip.

Very friendly owner! 😊 The house is a bit small for group of 7, but it is cosy. They have very nice garden, old school way of blocking cold wind. Interesting experience! Not convenient if no car though. If you want to enjoy peaceful and local Japanese house, this will be a good choice.

Kazuko is a hospitable host and feedback promptly. The Masaru house is a common Japanese house. We six adults stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed a period Japanese daily life. The full functional kitchen and the deep bathtub impressed us a lot. Although it is located in a quiet residential area, more than 10 supermarkets and convenient stores are within 6~8 minutes walking distance. Overall, thanks Kazuko-san and Marsaru house, we had a wonderful trip.

Our first stop to Japan is Osaka, the first night was booked by another channel, and the next day started staying at NAOKO's homestay.We feel that NAOKO's homestay is very clean, comfortable, and has a kind of home feel.On the day of check-in, we felt a very warm hospitality in their coffee shop, the store provided a welcome drink, and let us leave our luggage early, when we returned at night, the luggage had been sent to the room when we returned at night, and the staff gave a detailed explanation of the use of the room supplies.We felt very convenient and convenient as well as comfortable

The host was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for me since I was attending a conference at the international conference centre (20 minute walk). The facilities were excellent for the price.

Mr. Ichie is well organized and has a strong sense of time.There is help to plan my daily routing.Once you've determined the time to wake up the next day, you'll get up a little early to make breakfast and be ready at the agreed time.I'll show me what to eat before breakfast, and I'll make cakes.Small desserts every day before going to bed.When I learned that the pudding was a little sweet the first night, the cake made the next day was so much less sugar and it just smelled good.Will turn off the TV when I mingle with, focus on talking to me, and occasionally taking the initiative to raise new topics.The house was also exquisite and the experience was good.

Nori and Fumi were absolutely amazing, from the beginning to the end! They even received our luggages ahead of time and picked us up from the train station. The apartment was beyond our expectations; the bed was so comfortable and the biggest one we had in Japan, spacious living space and kitchen. The ability to do laundry was just icing on the cake! Breakfast was served every morning and it was delicious! Nori gave us an option of doing a traditional Japanese or American breakfast at the cool cafe. The location was right outside of the chaos of Kyoto but very close to the train/bus, restaurants, conventions stores, etc. Fumi took us to a local spot every morning and dropped us off closer to where we wanted to be and gave us recs! The experience with Fumi and Nori was just invaluable. We long to come back and visit them as they are just the most wonderful humans! It was great getting to know them and making new friends in Japan; they added so much to our trip. Thank you so much

It was a reasonable accommodation with good value for money. It was a convenient and comfortable accommodation because it was near Dotonbori and not crowded. There was a restaurant on the first floor of the house, so it was easy to find the location. Opening the lock was also possible quickly because I did the way the host told me. The accommodation is a structure that uses the entire living space on the second floor, and there was no one living downstairs (restaurant), so I was less worried about floor noise. Bread, canned coffee, water, and umbrellas were placed in the accommodation, so I was able to use them comfortably. There were enough duvets on the bed in the accommodation, and the mattress was fluffy, so I was able to sleep well after a long day. The host was also kind, so it was nice that he let us know about the snow or the weather conditions, and answered questions quickly.

Nami san is a great host and super friendly. She will make sure you feel at home and doesn't have a problem with things like leaving your luggage on the first or last day. She can answer any questions you have and is super helpful. The heated blanket was clutch and I had fun talking to the other guests at breakfast.

Yuya was a great host, fed us complimentary breakfasts and changed our linen and took out our rubbish during the day while we were out! when we first arrived he had the heater on ready for our arrival, a nice cozy touch after a long day of travel. Yuyas stay felt like a home away from home. super cozy and welcoming. the garden outside was stunning, even more so in the rain. if you're looking for a homely place to come and relax during your trip we recommend this place for sure. super close and easy to walk to the train station and other places, food/hikes ect. There are bikes offered for use too, best way to get around the area. and if you're in for a good leg workout head up to the salamander museum about an hour bike ride from the stay. halfway through our 3 week trip is this has been our favourite place since arriving in Japan. This guest house is will be the best choice. The host tommy is very kind and mindful. He speaks english very well, so someone who didn't speak japanese will be satified. Also, the domitory bed was very nice. It's cozy and comfotable. And Tommy will give you breakfast If you request. The toast was tasty. I recommend this guest house, you will not regret your choice. This place is beautiful, peaceful and close to nature. Miyuki is easy to communicate with and responsive. The place is super nice, very clean and neat. The breakfast is simple yet very very homey and delicious. We wish we stayed much longer here. Locationwise is near the Gojo city so plenty of big supermarket, restaurants, etc. Recommended to drive so can explore this area better. We live the peaceful morning walk around the house. Thank you sooo much, Miyuki! Hope will be back here again in the future.

I'm a super light sleeper and there was no street noise at all. Very quiet. Great Japanese hot breakfast (fish, egg, rice, vegetables). I would stay there again.

It was my first time traveling abroad for a month with my dog, and the process before leaving wasn't smooth, so I was worried a lot about whether my dog and I could get around well. Even so, Yukie & Kevin took care of a lot of things, so I really enjoyed the whole trip.😊 I am so grateful that I have so many memories that I would not have had if I had booked the accommodation as a general mansion or hotel! Thank you so much for picking me up by car throughout the trip to the airport and the station and bringing me a delicious meal every day. Everyone in the village was kind and kind, so I enjoyed the countryside of Japan with my dog. It was better because I preferred a quiet and relaxing trip with nature rather than crowded and bustling sightseeing.☺️ We are also looking forward to a new kids' house, so be sure to invite us when the house is repaired.💓 Both of you take good care of your health. Staying here was the best part of my trip. Chieri is an amazing host and I had a great time getting to know some of the locals in the area.

I had a very happy time here.🥰 The owner and his wife are very friendly and warm, and when you stay here, you can fully enjoy the life of the locals as if you were returning to your own home.The breakfast prepared by the host is also delicious and enthusiastically searches for information and ideas. They were really kind and friendly, and I couldn't express the happiness and peace I felt here in words, and it was really unfortunate. I recommend this place 1000%!️
