Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ottawa County

Such a lovely home! I have already recommended it to several friends and family! This house has to have the best location in all of grand haven- so easily accessible to everything in the downtown little city. The hot tub was so nice for the winter! Christmas time in Grand Haven was surprising magical! Buddy the Elf showed up several of the bars and Lucy's felt like we were in a hallmark movie. I'll be returning next holiday season!

Lisa is an amazing host with a nice, quiet place. The neighborhood is very safe and welcoming. We loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs very much. It's a pretty big yard as well, the dogs absolutely loved it. I also loved that she had some movies and games to choose from there to add some variety to the stay. We ended up not using the hot tub, unfortunately, but that was our own doing. It was very clean and inviting. I definitely recommend a stay here if you're in the area, especially if you have dogs! I think they'll love it as much as you will!

Great place for some winter solitude. Cozy fireplace and nice warm hot-tub. Easy access to the beach and great frozen sunsets from the second floor. Exactly what we were hoping to get this time of year.

This is our 3rd stay at Steve and Lori’s loft condo. Perfect for our needs for Homecoming/Parents weekend at Hope College. Unique doesn’t do it justice in description. It comes with an awesome story. The condo is perfect in every way. Kitchen is filled with every gadget, beds are very comfortable, sitting areas are comfy & cozy, outside deck with hot tub is private and spacious, location on 8th Street is optimal for dining, shopping and entertainment. We will stay again and again.

We absolutely loved our stay! They thought of everything, even fruit snacks for the kids on their beds as well as a little lantern and flashlight. The walk to the beach was so peaceful and easy and we watched several beautiful sunsets with the pier all to ourselves. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and requested an additional night within 10 mins of getting there. Highly recommend in the off season for hot tub and peace!

Very cozy, cute guesthouse in a super safe area. Bedroom and sitting room were huge and the bed was comfy. A quiet place, there were nice areas to walk around near the river and the park. Heidi was responsive and helpful and I will stay here again when visiting GR!

We had a wonderful time with our two small dogs. Clean, comfortable and loaded with amenities. Nice private backyard that is secure for the dogs too. Great location to visit many spots nearby and just steps from Spring Lake. We were very happy with our stay and we would book another week again next summer.

Stayed at Kelli’s for a masters swim meet. I am convinced that this house is good luck for fast times—team WISC kicked butt and took names at MI state. This is a great location: close to the HAC and many great food locations. The house was very clean and cozy. Thank you for hosting us!

Jennifer’s house was incredible for our 2 family vacation. The kids had an amazing time kayaking and splashing in the pool, and it was wonderful that they had plenty of books, toys, and games available. The adults enjoyed the separate living rooms, beautiful back porch, and well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is an uncrowded beach just a mile down the road with easy parking and nearby Holland had plenty of shopping and great restaurants.
