Modern and Historic Vibes in Red Brick Old Town Apartment

A cozy apartment in the heart of Warsaw's Old Town, suitable both for tourists and business people. It is fully equipped with all you might need and freshly renovated. There is a sitting area with big flat-screen (55") with access to Netflix, high-speed Internet and free WiFi. Intelligent sound system allows to play music directly from smartphone. There is a full kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities and set of toiletries. Two rooms provide comfort for 4 people (bedroom is equipped with queen size bed and living room can be easily adapted for 2 people with a very comfortable sofa). One additional folded bed can be arranged on demand. The guests have access to the whole apartment: 51 sq meters. Access to Red Brick ap. is very easy as we like to make your stay comfortable and unstressful since the beginning. You will get the door access code before arrival. This is our preferred way to visit other places so we wanted the same for our guests. Hope you will like it. If you however need our personal assistance, please let us know prior arrival. This apartment is in a historic building, just steps from the Old Town Square, the Royal Castle and the Sigismund's Column. There are many restaurants, coffeehouses and bars nearby. Warsaw Chopin Airport is only 30 minutes away by road. The apartment is less than a 5-min. walk from the tram and bus stops, can be reached by one bus from the Chopin Airport, there are also bicycle stations nearby. There is no parking in the property. There is a city parking in Podwale street (2 min. walk). This apartment can be found in the modern city center, near Grzybowski Square and Saski Garden. A supermarket is located in the same building, and the Hala Mirowska food market is nearby, along with restaurants, cafes, and 2 modern art galleries. Two tram stops from Central Railway Station. 5 minutes to walk from the apartment block to underground station Swietokrzyska ( serving both metro lines). Bus and trams stops nearby. A ventilation system ensures comfortable temperature, even when hot outside.

Our Sweet Home -Spacious apt 2 minutes from Metro

Welcome to our lovely home! An elegant and spacious apt. in Kabaty, one of greenest neighbourhoods in town. Many great cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops near by. Only minutes walk from the beautiful "Kabacki Forrest" where you can hike/cycle/picnic. The Metro is right around the corner and will get you to 'Centralna Station' in 20 minutes. This is the perfect balance for nature lovers and city life. Feel free to ask us for recommendations.. (we have many!)

The cottage has central heating for fire oil plus a fireplace and is located in the forest 200 meters to the river Świder, in a fenced safe complex of cottages, the plot itself with the cottage has its own fence with a gate and a gate and is safe for children.
