Michelle’s place was perfect for our group of 3 couples with children for our New Year’s Eve and 40th birthday celebrations. The location is right near the swimming pool and restaurant with plenty of parking outside. The house was beautifully decorated for Xmas and was equipped with everything we might need for a short stay. Michelle was very friendly and quick to respond and she provided all the required information in good time before our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We had an incredible stay. Ann really made us feel at home, and the house is amazing. Lots of space for a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The hot tub and pool really made our weekend extra special.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Warm, comfy and clean. Ideal location near the restaurant and spa. Great location and facilities for a gathering with my friends. Communication with host was excellent and always helpful. Would definitely return.

A beautifully presented place to stay full of cosy charm and character. Lots to do in the area and the local pub as recommended by Lucy was just perfect.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Lovely property, met our needs well for a large family get together with young children. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous views. The site itself had all we needed for a great weekend and we added shooting and archery at Cotswold Range next door which was within walking distance and fab afternoon. The spa on site was lovely and the outdoor pool fresh! The kids loved the indoor pool. The on site restaurant was great for our first night there. All in all fabulous.

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

Was a perfect stay. Lovely welcome pack thank you Jenny . The cottage was in great location for access to the village and all it offers . Beds were super comfy . We had a wonderful weekend and wouldn't hesitate to rebook

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

Loved our stay here. So central and accommodation to fit us all. Host had left us some helpful items which were appreciated and was very accommodating.

Excellent location within easy distance of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. Easy to check in and flexible on check in and check out. Very well appointed and kitted out accommodation which was very clean and lacked nothing. Comfortable beds and linens. Very sociable space. Helpful, responsive and informative hosts. The eight of us had a fantastic stay in such a lovely house.

Excellent house for a weekend away with friends - 14 of us including little ones, plus two dogs. Ample living space and bedrooms, kitchen felt a little small when cooking but it’s well stocked and there was plenty of space to sit and eat together. Mark was really helpful, communicated excellently and offered us flexibility with check in/out times which was greatly appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you Mark for a great stay!

"Oldbrook" was ideal for the two night stay in Milton Keynes for me and by two young adult sons. It was easily walkable to the town centre (about 20 mins) and to the nearest pub (about 5 mins). An ideal base for our day out to the Bletchley Park museum. We were out most of the time but there was everything we needed in the house for what we needed. I would happily stay there again if I were to return to Milton Keynes and would happily recommend it to others. Thanks

Stayed as a stag group this weekend filling the whole house. Nice aesthetics, very clean and a well equipped kitchen. The lounge was the perfect size to fit us all in and the place was private enough to enjoy the time together. Walking distance into town with plenty of pubs and markets as well as a convenience store across the road (it closes at 7pm). We took the train to Leamington Spa on Saturday which was only 10-15 minute walk. Emma was a very accommodating and conscientious host. She is very proud of the property and is very available when we needed some extra parking permits or advice about the location. Obviously not a typical stag location but the property was great and the town itself had some nice pubs for the time we spent there. Most of the guys in the group were considering revisiting for trips with their partners!

lovely little 2 bed flat very quiet location and peacefull . 7 minuite drive to the Quay. very clean and comfortable. Anna and Christine were extremely helpful throughout our 2 week stay. looking forward to another 2-3 weeks at one of there other properties 🫡🙏

Absolutely loved staying at the Coach House. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, dog friendly, lots to do in the pretty village of Bourton and central to all amenities. Loads of walks from the door too. Private parking is very handy. Comfortable beds. Lovely log burner with logs etc provided. Would definitely stay here again. Ian was very easy to get in touch with, quick to respond and extremely pro active and helpful.

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. Thank you so much to Eva and her family.

Great host! Had a few small issues in the house, but Van responded and solved the problems quickly, really nice, efficient and friendly host, highly recommended.

Little House exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is the house for you! The house is in pristine condition and comes with a lovely back patio and green space. Polly is so kind and responsive. Make sure you have a car- there is one bus but it only runs a few times a day and doesn't have service after 5:45 pm.
