Marshalls Barn was a fantastic cottage in he most beautiful surrounding area of the Cotswolds . We had a fantastic time there. It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity you could wish for. We loved that the cottage had been beautifully decorated for Christmas. A full tree and lovely decorations through out the house. The wood burner in the large dining room was beautiful and made meals even more special. We had our dogs with us and they loved being in the large garden and were completely enclosed and safe there.They also loved being in front of the wood fires after long walks. The bedrooms were large and warmly heated with hot showers and great baths for soaking . It is an ideal house for families lots of room and plenty of home comforts not usually provided. I would definitely return to this beautiful cottage . Thank you co host Janet for the warm welcome and making the house look so special for Christmas.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! It had everything we needed—from a cozy fireplace perfect for relaxing evenings to a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Plus, its convenient location within driving distance of beautiful walking trails made it an ideal getaway. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this stunning cottage as a large family to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. The home was absolutely beautiful, so charming and full of character with a cottage feel that is so unusual for a home that can accommodate so many people. It was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and some snacks! Amelia was so proactive in sending the information booklet ahead of the stay to allow us to make plans and restaurant bookings. She was also really helpful and responsive to communication. The check in and check out instructions were clear and helpful, including directions to the property and locating the key. We would recommend it in a heartbeat for a really special stay. Stylish property. Well appointed and equipped. Although a biting storm kept us very close to home the lovely space and furnishings kept us feeling warm and welcome. Great rooms throughout all ideal for our family w/e. Thank you.

Booked the place for our three employees. It was nice and clean, had everything they needed.

Excellent accommodation, really nicely decorated to make you feel at home, and great facilities. We really appreciated that the house didn't just have enough bedrooms for 6 of us but also enough dining space and sofas/armchairs so we were all comfortable all the time. The table is perfect for large dinner parties and board games. Titilola, Peter and Bino greeted us on arrival and were friendly and responsive throughout. Good location in quiet village with excellent access to Oxford city centre, bus stop right outside.

A beautiful location ideally situated for the highlights of the Cotswolds. In particular, the property was a highlight, feeling like a home rather than simply a base.

This a brilliant air BnB for families, we loved the homely feel, it was warm, plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. I loved cooking in the kitchen with everyone sat around the island. The pool was warm as described and kids loved it. Thank you for a wonderful break over New Year

It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay for our family holiday. Good communication from the host. It is in a beautiful location, you will need a car to get around and explore the area. I would happily recommend it to others to stay in.

Fantastic cottage. Felt very luxurious and private. Nicky made sure we had everything we needed. the spot felt very private and had great views. We especially enjoyed The Bull Pub which was recommended.

A beautiful cottage in an idyllic setting. The perfect place to stay to re charge the batteries. Our weekend was spent relaxing in front of the log fire, walking our dogs along the many footpaths on the doorstep and enjoying the lovely food at the dog friendly local pubs, which are only a short walk away. Rachel was a wonderful host, responsive and helpful and the cottage was spotless upon our arrival.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

I was blown away by Vale Cottage. It was absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. The pool and hot tub were brilliant and also so incredibly clean and well cared for! Bridget was really helpful and responded to all messages straight away. Our dog loved the enclosed paddock and the heated floor in the cottage. It couldn't have been a better base for us. We'll definitely be back if we're staying in the area again.

Such a great house for a family get together - well equipped, plenty of room and in a lovely part of the world. Ian was super helpful and flexible to allow us a little bit of extra time before we left. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful location and scenery, close to restaurants and activities, very helpful and friendly host!

We had the best weekend staying here. It was perfect for us and our 2 friends and their two children. They boys and our two dogs enjoyed the field outside the barn and the country park with a park within a two minute walk from the barn thanks to gus’ recommendation. We had absolutely stunning weather, we were able to walk to the farmers dog pub from the barn though some beautiful fields for an amazing Sunday roast. The barn had everything we needed, and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the size of the place looks a lot bigger in person with the king size room having a private en-suite and the second bedroom was perfect size with three single beds and room for a travel cot. We also got to see the chickens on the farm and we had some delicious eggs from them. I would recommended The Bull Pen to anyone without a doubt. Thankyou so much Gus for a wonderful stay!

We loved staying at Bertie’s - Tess was a wonderful host and answered all our questions. The cottage is so charming and cosy - picture book! We can’t wait to stay there again soon!

Beautiful, clean flat, really nice open space. Loved watching the birds in the garden in such a peaceful setting!

Perfect for three of us (2 x adult + 1 x 1.5yr old). Having a travel cot, high chair and toys was a big bonus. Bledington is a small but nice village and is within short driving distance to other villages. Communication with host was great. I highly recommend this stay.

We needed somewhere convenient to visit some good gastro pubs and a location that catered for our dogs. This totally met our expectations. The communal garden at the back was perfect for our two golden retrievers. Everything was as stated.

Victoria was a great host, super flexible and hospitable. The location is quiet and perfect for a retreat. Working stables on the premises so the little one loved the animal interaction too. Overall great little place for an overnighter or weekend stay. Clean, friendly and has everything you need.

Just home from Staying at ‘Cosy4Two’. We had a fab stay and loved all the little touches!, I.e. fresh bread on arrival, breakfast items, fresh milk and eggs! Lucy had great recommendations and made sure we knew we could contact her. Not that we needed to as everything was absolutely perfect! We would definitely stay again if we were up that way and would recommend to friends! Thank you Lucy!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adam’s place. His home is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. A fabulous layout which works well. Its location is handy for all the local attractions. We even had complimentary Prosecco and fresh milk and a huge bunch of divine white roses! Highly recommend this cottage. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Adam, it was perfect.
