Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pa Daet Sub-district

Choosing to stay in this homestay on Nimman Road brings an incredible memory for this Spring Festival trip. The B&B is located in the heart of Nimman Road, the location is great!Only a 2 minute walk to One Nimman! A 5 minute walk to Maya, along the way are restaurants, coffee and massages.It is also convenient to go to the ancient city and other attractions, it takes only 10 minutes by car.Great parking at the door, which is very rare in Nimman! The homeowner hosted us in person, we had two kids and also delivered a lot of fruits and treats of the season!The owner patiently introduced me to every amenity of the B&B, as well as the activities and restaurants, massage shops in the surrounding area. The design and furnishings of this house, as shown in the pictures, look great!Totally exceeded expectations!!Newly renovated, all new furniture, and convenient and functional.Two kingbed bedrooms, and a double bed room that can make it very comfortable for 6 occupants to rest!I still miss that mattress in the master bedroom and it's so comfortable. What surprised me was the daily laundry service, which was really sweet for travelers.Just leave your dirty clothes in the basket every morning and come back at night to get washed, dried, and stacked, aromatic clothes!It's also a refreshing start to your day.Not only that, the daily room cleaning is more meticulous, the room is new, the bed is paved like new, the ground is bright, and the kitchen utensils are clean and clean!I have stayed in many rooms, and in various countries, such an excellent experience is the first time!! The time spent in this homestay is full of surprises and touches.The hospitality and thoughtfulness of the owner, coupled with the exquisite comfort, make the trip full of fun, and that's why I appreciate it!For the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai again, I would not hesitate to choose to return to this warm “home”.

Chiang Mai Pool Villa is the best value for money. Super good location. Unlike other villas, far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets. The people in the villa area are very quiet and not noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. If you want to take a vacation, you can come. Go to Nimman Road in about 15 minutes. Ten minutes to Thapae Gate.Ten minutes to Central.The biggest mall. In a special center area.

Ploys place is easy to find and very convenient to stay. Big house, many rooms, wide space and great view. it's a perfect place to relax with friends or family. The house is nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

The room is clean, tidy and nice, perfect for a family to get around, the location is within walking distance from the commercial area, there are many restaurants and cafes around, and there is good communication with the host and can check in early.Very recommendable

Our stay at this Airbnb in Chiang Mai was absolutely wonderful! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything you could need. It’s a spacious place, perfect for a big family, and we felt right at home during our entire stay. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, and the place had plenty of lighting, making it feel cozy and welcoming. We also appreciated how easy it was to find and access the property. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a massage place right next door and a great coffee shop nearby. The budget-friendly buffet breakfast was a bonus, and we loved the affordable swimming option just a short distance away. There’s also a good food store within walking distance, and the area is packed with dining options, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

I had a great experience in Chiang Mai and this apartment. It was very clean and perfectly situated, just a short 7-minute stroll away from One Nimman, Maya Mall, and a vast array of incredible dining options. Despite Nimman's lively tourist scene, the apartment provided a tranquil haven. Merry's outstanding support and responsiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to coming back again soon!

Everything perfect

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. While the shops are a bit far, they are reachable on foot or by bike. The village is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a small group.

Best for family, friends. Clean, cozy, full of kitchenware. Amazing breakfast. Very good hospitality!

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.
