Holiday rentals in Pak Nam

I stayed here 3 nights and everything went great. I had an early 5am arrival in BKK and requested an early check in to his place. He was very helpful responsive with my last min request. One of the staff was there to help me enter the building and up to the room. I would definitely rent here again!

This is a extremely well organized host. They have put an extra effort to make your stay here as soon as possible. The location is grewt near many restaurants, bars and a short 10 min walk to terminal 21 mall. The apartment is well equipped & furnished with everything you need for a long stay as well. laundry, kitchen, fridge, etc etc. My partner was working remotely Eastern Standard Time through our stay. she was able to work without disturbance throughout the night & slept well during the day. the hosts were very responsive. we even had slight issues with the AC & a damaged towel hanger and they sent a technician right away to fix it. highly recommend & will definitely look up availability when we are in Bangkok next.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! From the moment we arrived late at night, our host, Aunnie (Hunter), welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in. The apartment was not only functional but impeccably clean. Stepping inside felt like coming home, complete with all the personal comforts you could need. Communication was outstanding! No matter the time or request, Aunnie responded helpfully within 30 minutes. The location is unbeatable—just ten minutes' walk to a BTS station, making it incredibly easy to explore bustling Bangkok. Plus, there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven on-site and several mini-markets nearby for added convenience. We stayed for 11 nights and whether we were out discovering Bangkok’s vibrant diversity or chilling out by the pool and free gym, we felt completely at ease. This modern, well-equipped apartment is a fantastic home base in Bangkok—highly recommended!

This is a lovely and comfortable unit with plenty of good facilities. It's always useful to have a washing maching and the cooking equipment is good. There is a lovely pool in the adjoining building. While the location of the condo is a little way from Sukhumvit Road, there is a regular and free tuktuk from the site to the BTS and the motorcycle taxi is also inexpensive. It's withing easy walking distance of a number of good and affordable restaurants as well as higher-end venues. Overall to be recommended.

I booked this beautiful residence for my family to stay as it is much closer to my home, and that makes travel in between much more convenient. Leena's a wonderful and hospitable host. She has given us clear, easy to follow check-in instructions, and have facilitated with some of our requests very promptly. We loved the fact that this place is very cozy, homie and comfortable for those looking to stay around Bangna/Srinagarinda area with a small family. You can get all the basic necessities and quick bites from the closest 7-11. The closest BTS is a short 10 minute Grab car ride if you needed to hop around the Sukhumvit lines. Else, the MRT is just a 5 minute walk.

This was a great place to stay. It's a 15 minute walk to the metro but it is a walk through a beautiful residential area, well worth it. There is a 7/11 two minutes from the front door 👍. I love the little courtyard out the door with a table and stool among the plants. Methinee was the perfect host. She welcomed me to BKK with the Grab map pin for her apartment. What a perfect way to take the confusion about arriving in a strange city. She also provided tips and local info to enhance our stay. All on top of an excellent price. Kudos to Methinee and her team. I would stay here again.
