Holiday rentals with beach access in Palau

A wonderful stay with the family. Dora is a fantastic host, attentive and very responsive. A great apartment from every point of view and very well located in Golfo! I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Francesca's beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely stunning - right on the beach front in a beautiful area of Sardinia, close to a lighthouse and fabulous swimming areas. The size of the apartment suited us perfectly - we are a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) - and the overall apartment set-up (comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area), suited us great. We had some wonderful evenings playing cards, listening to music, while the sound of the sea was literally outside of our windows. Francesca is an excellent host - very communicative, proactive and helpful throughout - with some great local recommendations. We couldn't recommend it more highly! My wife and I also feel that it would be a fantastic destination for a couple...so next time we will travel without the kids ;-). Thank you again Francesca for a wonderful stay!

We had a very nice stay in Valentina's very nice apartment. The view from the balcony is great and within a few minutes you are on the beach. Currently, the beach is limited in the number of visitors - you should try to book tickets (€3.50/person&day) in advance. The center of Santa Teresa is just as quick and easy to reach. We especially enjoyed Valentina's hospitality. Super friendly and helpful and the apartment was equipped with everything imaginable to make the stay pleasant. We felt very comfortable immediately - thank you again for that!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

I have nothing to complain about Francesca was super friendly, gave us many great recommendations for our stay in Sardinia and was available in the chat the whole time. The place is as on the pictures - here you can really endure it very well! Not far from the beach and a really wide selection of food options in the immediate vicinity of the property. Everything is impeccable ☺️

There were six of us and we had a great stay at Davide's house. The location was just top and the view from the terrace beautiful. The place and everything you needed was within walking distance in just a few minutes. If we had any questions or needed anything else, Davide was right there. As I said, we had a great vacation.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

We spent an absolutely wonderful time at “Seaview Villa” with our extended family. The pictures really don’t do the villa justice - the house is gorgeous with lots of charme and coziness and the view and garden are simply breathtaking. In a short walk you reach a gorgeous beach with the clearest water imaginable and Porto Cervo and the surrounding area offer a nice variety for dinner and day trips. In general, it is very recommendable to have a car to get around the island. The communication with Valeria and Francesco was great, they were super helpful, nice and very easy to reach. Valeria gave us some awesome tips for trips, restaurants and shopping during our stay - thank you so much! Check-in and -out with Consuelo were also extremely nice and flexible, thanks you! We definitely hope to be back soon!

Nicolo's place is exactly as described. We had a very good stay. The area is ideal due to its proximity to the main points of interest in the area (beaches, restaurants, bars, etc.) We'll definitely be back.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

A typical summer accommodation. Part of a development with more apartments of this same style. Great access to the development's private beach. Close to Santa Teresa de Gallura. It does not have air conditioning but fan and air current. A quiet place highly recommended for a family vacation.

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future. Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

We had a very pleasant stay in this house, the perfect base from which to explore Northern Sardinia (e.g. Stintino, Alghero, Bosa, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Palau and the interior). The house is quiet with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The house is spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for cooking like at home. There are plenty of outdoor spaces with (sun)chairs and tables, a spacious veranda with indoor-outdoor feel. Convenient amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of details like umbrellas, first aid kit and fly swatter make the stay comfortable. The friendly hostess lives downstairs, but the apartment feels completely private. Ample parking and a supermarket nearby (larger supermarkets in nearby Valledoria). A small odor problem in the bathroom (mentioned in other reviews) can simply be solved by flushing the bidet.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Tommaso was very welcoming, helpful and available. He answered all our requests very quickly and fully.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

We had a great time at Alessandro's who is very welcoming, friendly. Very clean, modern, well-equipped accommodation with sea view terrace. Alessandro, his wife and daughter Irene are very responsive, they gave us good advice for restaurants, places to visit nearby I really recommend this listing. See you soon

the house is a spectacle for the eyes, immersed in a lush, well-kept garden, very quiet, day and night. The house is equipped with anything, the Mr. Lucchetta is very kind. An unforgettable experience 🤩
