Refuge - exclusive use (4-6 people)

Stone and wood house, 2 floors; on the ground floor: kitchen, full bathroom, living room with large windows and balcony, they toast the guest with the view of the lush nature that surrounds the Refuge. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom (bathtub and sink,) balcony with hammock; next to it, bedroom with bicama, balcony and hammock; on the opposite side, one bedroom with bunk bed (see photos). The communion with the green promotes a relaxing atmosphere, the sound of trees, birds and flowers, renew our energies.

Beach House - Front to the Sea

Large family house facing the sea and with beautiful views of the Tabuleiro mountain range for those looking for rest and tranquility next to nature and 200 meters from the beach. The house has 50Mb fiber optic Wi-Fi internet, 42-inch LED TV, swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrella, barbecue area, washing clothes, lawn backyard, private garage, covered balcony overlooking the sea and open balcony overlooking the mountain range. It is situated in a quiet family street with excellent neighborhood.

Are you tired of being locked up without leaving home because of the new Covid? How about you come over to our place? Here we have a wide and surrounded terrain, with trees and lots of fresh air. The house is two blocks from one of the most beautiful beach on the coast of SC, the open sea beach (Pinheira). On the same shore is Ponta do Paragaio and next to Praia do Sonho. Guarda do Embaú Beach is another tour option. And all this near Floripa! So what are you waiting for? Our space awaits!:)
