Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Palm Bay

Venture investments was very accommodating. We initially had booked the entire property l, however some of our group were unable to come and Venture investments worked with us to cancel part of the property so we only paid for what we needed. Very responsive to messages and offered lots of recommendations of things to do locally. Provided Lawn and beach chairs along with beach toys, boogie boards and coolers. Laundry facilities on property. Overall very impressed with our stay and would recommend!!!

The property was perfect! It’s was walkable to Eau Gallie and the grounds are gorgeous. We opened the window one evening for a picturesque view of the lagoon with the moon shining down. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were just what we needed and the room was quiet. The host, KC was responsive and friendly. We appreciated our place.

The condo was very comfortable and had a lot of daily use items that made it feel like home. There was a nice view of the water fountain and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

We stayed for one night before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. It was very close to the terminal and perfect for a night stay or longer.

My wife and I spent a second vacation at Patty's place in 4 years. It is a beautiful apartment for 2 in the heart of Melbourn, a short drive to many local beaches (Sebastian Inlet Park is the must-see place) and close to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando attractions. Patty made the stay super comfortable with convenient check-in and check-out, fast Internet, and two conditioners in the unit. And the balcony overlooking the backyard is a great place to start the day with morning coffee!

We had a great stay at this cozy beach bungalow. Super close to the beach, restaurants and a gourmet grocery store. Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay visiting family in the area. The house is exactly as advertised, and was exceptionally clean & tidy. The house is on a busy street, but it didn't bother us at all. We've stayed at many Airbnb's, and the kitchen was the most well-stocked I've experienced! We particularly enjoyed walking to the many good restaurants and bars in downtown Melbourne - very convenient location! We hope to book this house again in the future - Tim is a fine host!

Awesome place close to the beach, restaurants and bars! Would highly recommend staying at John’s house!! If our group is ever back in Cocoa Beach we would definitely rent again.

Tiffany and Tanya were very helpful with instructions beforehand and were communicating throughout the week to ensure there were no issues with our stay. The home was exactly what we were looking for and had plenty of space for all of us. I would absolutely stay here again in future visits to Melbourne.

We stayed at John's place for a wedding. John was friendly, helpful and responsive. It is a really cute place. The beach was a quick walk across A1A. The beach wasn't busy at all for a holiday weekend. We used the kayaks right on the little canal in the backyard. A momma dolphin and 2 babies swam around us a few times. Then at night we saw the dolphins feeding right near the dock. It was right out of National Geographic. I saw so many reviews mentioning the dolphins. I think John has a deal with the dolphins haha. Anyway, great place to stay would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks.

We loved Shawn’s place. He provided lots of items like coffee, creamer, toiletries, laundry detergent etc. the beds were comfortable, outdoor space was cute and the game room is cool! I highly recommend Shawn’s place!

The location of Joe's house was perfect. You can walk to the beach to watch the sunrise and walk to the Banana River to see the sunset. There are several local eateries that are in walkable distance. Since our stay was in January, we didn't get to use the pool and backyard much. The area was well designed for a fun time and plenty of seating. We only had 2 sunny and warm days (out of 18) that we able to lay outback. In a different month, I am sure it would be a very fun space.

Excellent house, fully meets the descriptions proposed in the ad, excellent communication with the owner, plenty of space for the kids to play in the yard and very comfortable beds! we will definitely be back!!!

Perfection. The apartment is just perfect!!! Spotless, comfortable, beautiful, it has everything you need. Absolutely everything, even books, games and all you need to enjoy the beach. Everything is brand new! Every detail has been taken care of. The apartment is perfectly located, just steps from the beach and close to the center. The beach close to the apartment is beautiful. The patio is very nice too. Everything is gorgeous!!! Kimberly and Michael are very kind and helpful and willing to help you have a wonderful stay. Thank you so much!! We can’t wait to go back!!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Easy check in/ out and very comfortable stay

David’s place is absolutely beautiful and just as described. Response time was great and I received clear instructions. Check in was easy. Everything was provided that we needed and everything was very clean. My husband and I stayed for 3 days and would have loved to stay longer. We had a very relaxing time. Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves was peaceful. David’s place is a very nice place to unwind. I stayed at David’s place last year and this year and I hope to return again.

Everything about this unit was just easy and made the vacation. Easy parking, close proximity to all amenities, clean, and has a million dollar view. The unit has style and is perfect for a couple. Everything one might want for a day at the beach is provided. This place is a gem and we look forward to the next visit.

We enjoyed staying at Kay's condo. It was lovely, clean and well-stocked with all the necessary items for a short stay. I appreciated the spotless well-supplied kitchen, and the "beach closet" with beach chairs, boogie boards and even sunscreen. The unit was only steps away from the spectacular beach, and a short walk to the quirky "downtown" Cocoa Beach. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Suzy’s condo is spacious and had everything we needed. The resort is right on the beach and the condo has all the beach items you could possibly want! I especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen. If we had known how great it was we would’ve planned for a longer stay.

This was an absolutely beautiful home—just as gorgeous as the listing pictures. Not only was the place tidy, but it was also stocked with items for guests to use, from supplies and ingredients in the kitchen, to books and board games in the living room, and chairs for the beach. Konstantin himself is very responsive, friendly, and proactive—100% would visit this location again!
