This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing beach vacation. The condo is decorated immaculately. It’s is extremely comfortable. The condo is located in a hotel located directly on singer beach. It is extremely convenient for a walk to the beach vacation with the option to have hotel amenities. The best of both worlds. The hotel has a restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner a smoothie and espresso/coffee bar. Anything we needed we called the hotel and they ran it up to us even though we were in an Airbnb. What you will not get by renting this place : a cute neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Places to walk and shopping nearby. The restaurant is always dead and there’s not much buzz happening in the hotel, they’re still trying to find their footing by creating a brand and identity. But the food is very good although insanely expensive. Pros : you’re only 15 minutes away from Palm Beach with all the insane shopping and food you need.

And was an outstanding five star host. This is brand sparkling spanking new. Wonderful amenities in the cupboards were stocked. Very centrally located very safe area +++. That is so important in the neighborhood and this is one of the historical neighborhoods so the houses are so sweet. The people waved to you when you go by just a fantastic and as you drive north on US one there are so many restaurants the closer you get to Palm Beach. We made the mistake of going to downtown Palm Beach at Elizabeth’s. I didn’t spell that correct but I would never go back. I would order and take out. The food was fantastic but the noise was unbearable. I would’ve much rather started home to Edwards apartment and stop somewhere along US one so many restaurants you can locate on yelp. And when you were a gym and a charm, I will definitely be back. I will definitely be sharing your Airbnb. You did an outstanding job five stars.

I would highly recommend Diego’s rental. The instructions and check-in process was very easy. The building is in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Thank you so much for hosting us. Lynn’s apartment is fabulous: very spacious, loads of light and is so cozy. We felt like at home. I can’t recommend enough how much value you get for the price. And the beach is right there, two blocks away.

We enjoyed the unit, which was compact yet felt spacious. Everything was as described, very clean and decorated beautifully with artwork, comfortable furnishings and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the drawers, hooks, hangers, luggage rack, and rug. We loved the high ceilings and the amount of natural and artificial light. We utilized the library, laundry, pool area, sitting area, and beach chairs. Unit keypad entry was slick, but often we had to wait at the lobby entrance. Parking was not an issue. The car remained nearby on the street, the friendly valets taking care of it when necessary. We walked/rode bikes our entire stay. Neal was very responsive to any queries. He even had a new toaster delivered to the desk to make sure the unit had one. Two things were a bit frustrating: the unreliability of the TV streaming and the noise of the fridge, which might bother other light sleepers. Earplugs didn’t help with that, unfortunately. Overall, an enjoyable first visit to PBI!

Sierra was very accommodating with letting us late check-out and store our luggage before/after our flights. Respective to other options in the area, this listing was quite worth its pricing - 2 blocks to the beach, enjoyable (30min) walk to Worth Ave, and easily accessible to Lake Trail as well. Convenience of beach access and Publix cannot be overstated! The room itself is fine - barebones kitchenette, a bit limited on bathroom size and storage (few hangers for a big closet), and lacking on an option at the hotel/condo to rinse off sandy feet. Elevators were finicky, hallways smelled a bit, but overall, great stay and would return.

Really well done studio apartment in a historic hotel building in the heart of palm beach. Perfect location if you want to be on palm beach island and walking distance to everything. Apartment was lovely and we could tell a lot of care was put into it!

This house was absolutely amazing. Anita’s house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We are a family of 6 and the number of beds and bedrooms was perfect. We had plenty of space to relax and the pool area was fabulous. Even though the weather wasn’t great we still got into the heated pool and spa pool and had a great time in the private backyard. We had plenty of towels for all of us for showers and the pool. I loved the pebble floor shower in the master bath, it’s like a little massage for your feet while showering. The beds were comfortable and none of my kids complained about anything! Location for us was amazing to be walking distance to grandparents. Would absolutely stay again when we visit next time.

We had an enjoyable stay The house had all the comforts of a home even a workout gym and a little putting green outside. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. It's in a very good location close to restaurants and shopping. Laura was quick responding when we reached out to her. We rent air bnb's oftrn and this is one we'd put on our top list. We look forward to staying again.

Brad's house was very comfortable and easy to live in. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful. Proximity to downtown West Palm was excellent.

We had a family reunion at the hacienda and enjoyed it very much! There’s so much to do for all ages that we didn’t leave the property and the heated pool was so lovely! Ariana and Jose were super responsive and professional. We had a few issues and questions on the first day and they responded and addressed everything immediately. They are excellent hosts. Would recommend for large gatherings. Already recommended the place to a friend.
