Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

We had the BEST TIME at this beautifully decorated home on the river. Karen was a wonderful host and was available anytime I had a question. Everything was very clean and well thought out. You can tell there has been attention to detail put on every aspect of this gorgeous home. It had all the extras The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, bowls including dishwashing detergent and a roll of paper towels. We loved the big refrigerator that kept our goodies chilled. FABULOUS art throughout the home. We loved the three bedrooms, with cozy king size beds and soft pillows. There are games to play both inside and outside. The kayaks were outstanding and life jackets were also provided. We enjoyed s’mores in the fire pit. The laundry room was perfect as well. Detergent and a laundry basket were also provided. The screen porch is huge we had the best time relaxing on the couches, using the table and variety of indoor + outdoor games. LOVED watching the manatees!

We had an amazing stay. Not only was everything pristine but it felt like home for the entirety of our trip. Great place. Would highly recommend.

We were the first guests at Nana's River House post Helene and Milton. While a few amenities were in final stages, all issues were communicated and minor overall. Having seen photos of the aftermath, the place was back almost identical to (or better than) the original listing pictures. Best feature by far was the backyard and many kayaks available for use. We spent most of our time out there on the swing and Adirondack chairs or out kayaking. Super close to Hospital Hole but private enough back behind Rogers Park so as not to have tons of river traffic. The only drawback was the lack of a full bath on the 1st floor, which is also where two of the five bedrooms are located. We were only using one of those bedrooms, and they simply showered upstairs, but it might be an issue for individuals with mobility concerns.

Was the BEST ever visit and will be coming back again!!! Celebrated my 75th birthday visiting my son. Long 20 hr. drive but worth every mile. The home was perfect and so was Sandy. I will be referring all my friends to her. It felt like home. Words could never explain how wonderful Sandy's house is, we should have booked it for a longer period of time (Yes it was the greatest experience). Sandy is an amazing host. The price and weather were super and I pray no more hurricanes hits that area again. I could go on and on how wonderful Sandy and her listing is. Perfection is certainly found in the Hudson Haven listing and Sandy the host. We WILL be back!!!!! I promise and yes that's a threat. LOL

We were looking for a place to stay during the holiday weekend, and this fit the bill! Rebecca was quick to respond and house was comfortable!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

Nice little place. Bed was very comfortable for us. Great having the dock across the road. Beautiful sunsets over the river. Debra was very responsive of any inquiries we had.

You will love staying here! Kristin was the perfect host She texted me before scheduled check in time to say the cottage was ready and we could check in early , she even offered to pick up a few things from the store before our arrival! Kristins directions and instructions were very clear about everything and she included pictures where to park The cottage is cozy quiet and in a beautiful location. It is in pristine condition with every amenity you can think of. I would definitely come back again

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

My family and i came down for springbreak from michigan and absolutely loved our stay!!! The house had everything you could think of to need from beach towels, chairs, sunglasses, fishing poles. They had cabinets full of games to play with the family!! My son stayed outside every chance he could to fish, we jumped off the dock to swim, went out kayaking and saw dolphins in the back yard (have to be out before sunrise). The master bedroom has an amazing jet tub that this mama used to relax in every night before bed and it made me sleep like a baby! Back yard was fenced so our pup could go in and out whenever he liked, he loved it. We will most definitely rent this home again for our next flordia trip!!!

Martha and George were very welcoming and helpful people. Upon arrival, George greeted us and brought us fresh eggs. There home is very comfy and accurately described by the pictures and Air Bnb listing. It is located near the water and while we were there we saw manatee right off the sea wall. Brandon has a ton of stuff to do and is a short drive to Tampa. With that said, their property was tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood and I had no problem relaxing there. If you're thinking about booking, you won't regret it.

I wish I didn’t have to leave even though are stay was short Mango and Bumblebee greeted us on arrival they were so gentle and friendly with my 18 month old grandson and the host went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions on are short stay if I could give them a 100 stars out of 5 I would I had a stressful week places like this calm the soul thank you

Gisselle was a pleasure to rent from. She was extremely responsive and rectified any concerns we may have had. The home is beautiful, clean and felt newly renovated. Still working on clean up from the hurricanes, but the property is well cared for. A short walk on the property to the firepit was pleasant. The 2bedroom apartment with full bath downstairs was a nice addition to the screened in gaming area. My family and friends had a really nice time in this home. Games, kayaks, and fishing off the dock. The only thing that would complete this space for me is to have a grill. But the kitchen was fully stocked with everything a family would need. Fountain of youth water in the home. I loved that we were able to rent this home for just the weekend.

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!

Fabulous stay from check in to check out! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bath were stocked with everything you need; including coffee, spices and toiletries. We enjoyed the Weeki Wachi river with the kayaks that are provided. We saw manatee on 2 different days just a short paddle from the house. The river is absolutely amazing! While not kayaking, we spent a lot of time on the deck and dock. Saw many turtles, fish and birds. The little outdoor heater was a nice touch for the cooler nights. Very secure, fenced yard for our dog. She loved it as much as we did! Kind of "out of the way" but still within min of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We would love to visit again!

This stay was very beautiful and well worth the trip. All amenities are accounted for and if not stores and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes. The only thing that I would consider is if you drive a low or small vehicle that the entrance to the road isn’t in the best conditions and has some large potholes. Other than that this stay was great and would love to come here again!

Smooth all the way around! Beautiful home, gave us ideas for own house with all of the wood! Lol The water was perfect and the kids had kept themselves busy with the paddle boards and kayaks!! We saw turkeys, deer, and manatees!!

I don’t think a review would be enough to express Judy’s hospitality nor how absolutely BEAUTIFUL the scenery of this air bnb was. I had a family member pass recently unbeknownst to Judy and she just made everything so simple and amazing. It was just the getaway I needed. I will definitely be back!
