I can't express how wonderful this place is! Its location is ideal, just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by various restaurants and retail drug stores. The condo itself was immaculate and spacious, equipped with everything you might need, including tableware, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The security staff were exceptionally friendly, and the entire building exuded a calm and clean atmosphere. The deck featured a lovely seating area along with beach chairs for relaxation. The only minor issue was the elevator; we experienced a hiccup when we got stuck upon arrival, and it broke down again on our last day, with others needing assistance. However, that's a common occurrence in buildings with elevators, and coming from NYC, I'm quite accustomed to it! The first-floor pool was absolutely delightful. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

10 out of 10 recommend booking this Airbnb for your next trip to Puerto Rico. I was always the type to book hotels, especially in the San Juan area, but staying in Condado is literally perfect. If you are someone who likes to walk around, have access to stores, beach, and restaurants literally right downstairs…This is the perfect location for you. The view from the Airbnb is impeccable And you don’t need to book a hotel on the beach to get the view of the ocean because it is perfect. I will definitely be rebooking this unit again soon, I wish I could’ve stayed longer because I truly enjoyed it so much. Everything was perfect and clean and the staff in the building were extremely helpful and friendly. If you are from the US, you will feel right at home as there are many people from the states both living and staying in the building. However, if you are from the island like myself, you will also feel right at home in this space. Thank you, Jennifer for being such a great host.

Robbie was the perfect host. Very communicative, easy check in, and beautiful apartment. The view was as wonderful as described, and the neighborhood felt safe and with great bars and restaurants. A few supermarkets very close too. 10/10

The location was fantastic. So many good restaurants within a 10 minute walk either direction. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful and convenient to the beach, local restaurants, and entertainment. Airport was very close. The place was clean and exactly like pictures. I am a very picky person when it comes to staying in Airbnb’s but this place exceeded my expectations. Brenda was a great host with accommodating my husband and I when we had several delays with our flight back home. She responded very quickly. We will definitely be back… thanks so much.

Great stay with easy access to beach, Old town, restaurants, etc. Lovely building with 24/7 door staff, who were all very friendly. Highly recommend this stay, everything as advertised. Even parking and a gym (I didn't use, but great to have).

The check in process was seemless. Even though it is a studio apt the bedroom is walled off from the living space which worked well for us. Its a great apartment neat, clean with all you need for a stay. It is close to everything, walking distance to restuarants and a short Uber to Old San Juan, or T Mobil. Any time I needed help Fernando was quick to answer. Also the condo has access to a pool which was great for a late day swim between running around. When I go back to San Juan I would definately stay here again

The location of this apartment was great. You can find everything within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definatly recomend it.

We had a great time at Frank's place. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The view from the balcony/patio, beautiful! You can see the ocean, the beach, Luquillo, the sunrise, etc. We have so many pictures from the patio! There was always a nice breeze to keep the inside cool. Beach access was fine however, the stairs to the beach are steep and there are a lot of them. Only one elevator was in working condition while we were there so we were extra thankful that Frank's place was only up one flight of stairs. Due to weather in Indiana, we arrived after dark. Google isn't the best when road signs are unavailable or in a language you don't understand. There are many speed bumps and one way streets in the neighborhood. Go slow and watch out for pedestrians, chickens and cats.

The apartment was very bright, clean and well-located. Really perfect and decent value!

Great location on Condado Beach—just a walk to Old San Juan or a short Uber ride away. The beach is perfect for long strolls, though it's not ideal for swimming. Our final evening, we enjoyed watching surfers against a stunning sunset backdrop. With many excellent restaurants and bars nearby, the location is superb, even for those without a car (like us). The apartment is bright, clean, and spacious—ideal for two or three guests. It's well-equipped with all necessary kitchen amenities, as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Two windows offer a pleasant city view. The space was exactly as described, though note that the in-building mini-mart was closed for renovations. The building itself shows its age, particularly the ocean-facing facade, but this did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great stay with a responsive and helpful host in Jose.

Javier was a great host and has a great property. He was straight forward with what was expected, what the property was like, and how to best enjoy it. If we go back to Puerto Rico, I hope Javier’s place is available again. It was a great home base for us to hike in El Yunque and enjoy many nearby beaches. It was close enough to San Juan to enjoy that city too.

The place is just what we needed to rest. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Although the building needs renovation, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a long stay in Puerto Rico. It is safe and comfortable. The host was very nice and attentive. One of the bedrooms is very small but you can manage just fine with the rest of the space. We would definitely would stay again.

Awesome stay wish we could’ve stood longer. Had a small issue with the light but was easy to fix after the quick response from our host. My daughters loved the play area in the garage and took full advantage of the pool. There is a corner store that is walkable distance as well as a coffee shop and gas station. Was already trying to go back again before we left for the weekend but was already taken.

The best thing about this place is that it is very quiet at night. No coquis, no roosters -- unlike other PR airbnbs that claim to be quiet, this one actually is, and we were SO appreciative! Luis is a fantastic communicator. He was so helpful, went the extra mile to give us needed information. It's a very simple, basic place, but beds were very comfortable, the place was immaculately clean, and we felt very safe and comfortable.

Great house to host large groups! Plenty of space and amenities for our large family within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, and activities but outside the noisy avenues for a great night's sleep. The garden was an especially nice retreat within the old city walls.

It was an amazing stay, real quiet beautiful environment. Felt right at home beautiful kitchen, comfy rooms and living room. Also had board games to play whenever we were just chilling at the house. I’d give my stay a 10/10

The community is very quiet, the home immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, surrounded by beaches and restaurants, as well as quick access to freeways. We had a wonderful stay at Jenny's home. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from the San Juan airport. The pool was a highlight of our trip for the kids and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We did encounter a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but it was handled promptly. Jenny was incredibly responsive and addressed it immediately, ensuring it didn't disrupt our experience. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from pots and pans to cooking utensils. It made dining in so convenient when we wanted a quiet night at home. During our stay, we visited Old San Juan, El Yunique and luquillo beach. Overall the home is a great spot for a relaxing get away for our group of three families with four kids.
