Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

Our place is out in the country but still close town. Your room is separate from the house. It has a comfy double bed, ensuite shower and toilet and small kitchenette in the connecting laundry with microwave, mini fridge and toaster. Tea and freshly ground coffee are provided in your room. We have two acres of paddocks and gardens with friendly farm animals for you to meet and lots of native birds. Three cafes in Ashhurst or 12 mins away in Palmy and Feilding. Free EV charge in Ashhurst.

Burnside Aokautere. A comfortable country escape.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

12 The Lane is situated down a rural private lane. It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

Freshly decorated warm and comfortable 3 bedroom house. A heatpump is located centrally between the bedrooms ensuring the house remains both warm and cool. A large deck at the front of the house lets you soak up the afternoon sun. The kitchen has all the amenities and includes a new dishwasher, fridge and oven. Shed apartment - 15 minutes drive from Feilding/Sanson/Palmerston North Good location for those attending Manfield or Speedway. Plenty of space out on the roadside grass verge for large trailers.
