The place is so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at Dobbie House hosted by Regina, she is a great host. She provided us free bottled water and toiletries. Great place to stay. Regie and Rina are very responsive. Highly recommended.

Super happy with our stay! The host was really easy to talk to—quick replies and even helped us change our booking date with no problem at all. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. Everyone from the kids to the seniors had a great time! There were so many things to do—board games, PSP, videoke—you won’t get bored. Plus, check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. Would definitely book again!

Additionally, it’s conveniently located near the Philippine Arena, and the price is very affordable. kitchen amenities are also complete. What you see is what you get. Ms. Jocelyn was very accommodating. She made sure I had a good check-in experience. This stay includes COVERED parking so you wouldn't have to worry of leaving your car unmanned. Her home was well maintained and kept tidy. The bedroom had its own airconditioning. She provided toiletries, towels, and blankets. The building staff were courteous and helpful. View of the Marquee mall, 1 mini walk to get there! Will dedinitely go back.

The room is Super accommodating , so clean and relaxing is a must try guys.

It was an easy and quiet stay and near the PH Sports Arena indeed. Good place for those who have children who are fanatics of korean bands incase there will be concerts happening at the PH Arena. No hassle encountered and no traffic along the area. It was a good decision for us to rent this place while waiting for my daughter to attend the 17 concert on Jan. 19, 2025 instead of staying outside the arena. We were able to sleep and have a calm and peaceful wait time.

Great place, clean and well-maintained. Kristine was very responsive and accommodating. She was kind enough to turn the aircon on when we were on our way so the room is cold once we arrive -- the only way to combat this hot summer heat. The only con is the property. I found it too strict and unaccommodating. There was this annoying instance where someone kept ringing the room phone to inform us to move "our car" despite repeatedly saying that ours was parked properly in the free parking area. Still, they kept calling. It was so annoying. Thankfully, it was resolved swiftly by Kristine -- the place was packed due to the holidays and the guards prolly got confused good stay overall

Dobbie House 1 is so great!! The owners were responsive and friendly. We had a lot of requests, like early check in and late checkout and they were proactively updating us if our request is possible. The place feels like home. Appliances are working as intended. We really enjoyed our 4d3n stay. Will surely book this place again. Thank you, Dobbie House Team! 💖

TLDR: Sarah is very responsive in all our queries and easy to speak with. We were looking for a place to spend the night near San Fernando last minute, and she was able to accommodate us and arranged everything in a limited time from guest requirements and coordinating with PMO. She was so responsive even the questions we had during our stay. I’ll definitely book this again if we’ll go back here! :)

The place is very tidy and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I felt relieved not seeing any bugs (almost any but still fine) so the cleanness of the place was great. Cooking station and big fridge helped in cooking when needed. Only problem was the noisy neighbour to the left (the walls are quite thin). I also had the chance to use the pool at the rooftop which was an amazing option. The host is also kind and helpful. If I’m ever back in Angeles I would most likely come back to this place :)

Superb high quality apartment within a well specified modern building which is peaceful but yet within easy walking distance of the Angeles City entertainment district. Having stayed in a number of different Kandi Reality apartments over the past few years I would definetely say that this unit is the best one yet due to the very reasonable price and the extras provided by the host such as fresh water dispensing machine and the fully equiped kitchen which are provided. The host is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and it was a joy to stay there. Highly recommended!

I've been here a few times and it's always a pleasure to come back. Modern room, comfortable bed, high speed internet and the superb cleaning service.

I just stayed for 14 hours at this place but what I liked the most is that the owner was very responsive and kind even though I was calling her late because I am not familiar with the location. The place was clean and had all the things I need. It even has good body wash and clean towels. I like that there are also nice utensils and cooking materials which you can use if you'll stay longer. It's worth the price.

This was a superb airbnb. From the responsive and friendly host to the clear instructions and to the unit itself, everything felt right and nice. tThe booking and transaction with Miss Nissi was very fast and good. The place matched the pictures well and gave off a homey ambiance. I also especially loved the limewash paint on the wall and the rattan pieces on the unit. Overall, it was a good stay and will definitely be back.

Location was perfect for our needs, just outside the main busy area but still with all our needs close by. The area has a nice community feel to it without all the noise the city usually produces. the place was perfect with everything our family needed in the apartment which was immaculately clean and even had working hot water which can be a challenge in the country. couldn't be more pleased
