This house is worth staying at if you like a nice clean place...only issues i have is the master bed mattress is wearing out but still functional. If you have more than 4 guests the small refrigerator is not near enough space. This house needs a full size fridge because the grocery store is 30 min. Away. Luckily he does have a big freezer in laundry room which really helped chill beer or wine and freeze foods. Overall I loved this house and its old school charm . You can walk out back to the water in early morning and buy fresh fish direct from the fisherman dirt cheap. The pool is awesome and super clean and air conditioner in each bedroom rocks. The main part of house is not air conditioned but always has a cool breeze running through it. I would love to buy his house or return again. Well worth the money staying there. The live in hosts are also very helpful.

This is a super charming home with a private indoor garden and pool! It has everything needed for a long-term stay for digital nomads. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of utensils, a rice cooker, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, and food storage containers. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, we slept like babies. There's a dedicated workspace as well. The location is excellent, you will need a bike which can be rented nearby. Within walking distance is the Haka diving center and the amazing Kamaya cafe. We also enjoyed the small local Diane&Gabs bakery, where you can also buy drinking water. We were completely enchanted by the hosts of these apartments - Boris and Irene. They are amazingly hospitable and friendly. Irene treated us to homemade baked goods, and Boris lent us bike helmets. We will miss them! Highly recommended!

Emma and James were friendly and helpful for our family of 7 as first time visitors to Bohol. They helped arrange van tours, gave us great suggestions for places to go and helped us navigate getting to and from the ferry. Their place is not far (10 minute walk) from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach with all its shops and restaurants. We appreciated having the space for all of us (especially the 20-somethings who all had their own private rooms and bathrooms)

Rowena and Peter were great hosts. Both went out of their way to accommodate us, and made us feel like home. The house is big, very clean with direct access to the sea, a beautiful reef and a stunning sunset. And not forgetting the happy tail waggers! 🐕 We also had a BBQ at his place. Peter helped to prepare the charcoal (as an extra service) and provided information on where to get good meat. We had it very easy and have nothing to complain about. A great end to our trip! Definitely would come back the next time!

The location of the accommodation is located in the middle of ICM and Alona Beach. And the sea in front of the accommodation is more than any other place You can see more beautiful corals and fish. Our group of 10 people is It was a very satisfactory accommodation. For free travel, we recommend a rental car. We recommend that you enjoy snorkeling freediving in the morning and in the morning in the sea with a clean view. I also received free breakfast. Next time, Bohol I will come back when I come I still remember the coral and the fish.

Enjoyed three weeks on Doljo in an authentic beach house. Sitting on the front porch, you can take in the beauty of the beach, without all the noise and tourists found on Alona. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance to the left, beach and wildlife to the right. The two 24/7 attendants on site were always friendly, available, providing a wealth of knowledge, as well as peace of mind. We plan on visiting Doljo Beach again

We really enjoyed our stay in Pangalo. Danny is a gracious host and very responsive to our needs. The apartment is clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We felt very comfortable there and highly recommend staying in Danny and Mae's condo.

I was travelling with my elderly mom and my young daughter. My mom appreciated the daily housekeeping, my kid loved the pool. For me, what stood out was the location - not too far from key areas but away from the crowded touristy parts. The only concern I raised was the internet - it was weak and kept getting disconnected. It meant I couldn't get some online work done, but also that I just had to surrender to relaxing in Sofia's place. 🙂 And yes, there is a new, friendly owner. Some issues I've previously read in google reviews would no longer be true. 😏

I’ve been traveling in Europe and Asia for the last 10 years and I can say that Ferrari is the best host I ever had. At first I wasn’t sure how to get to their place as from the map seemed to be remote, but after talking to him I was sure I will handle it. He provides extremely usefully information on how to get there with options to choose. The check in works as a charm, his staff is very friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend

Our Stay in Villa Loyola was really wonderful, the place has an amazing sea view where you can see the sunrise every day! A woman called Lydia helped us with everything, she's really attentive to everything you need, and she made our stay very pleasant. Here is some useful information if you want to stay here: * We took a private taxi from Cebu for 4,000 pesos to get there but you can also arrive by bus going to Dalaguete for 200 pesos per person * To this day (Feb 2025) they're currently building a pool so expect construction workers around the property every day 9-5 (they are very respectful) * The outdoor kitchen is amazing and the kitchenware is very complete to cook everything. Since it's outdoors the ants will get to all your food so remember to store everything in the fridge * They have some water pressure issues, especially in the morning so check before taking a shower or washing dishes. This is not an issue, just wait for 30 mins. * The hosts are very responsive always!

Great place to stay. Spacious and clean. Resort next door available to use as well which was great- athough would not recommend the breakfast buffet. Cocktails were great. Some of the beds had no mattresses, when we requested some the popped some duvet inners as mattresses. Not overly comfortable. Washing machine not work and gave me an electric shock. Overall a fantastic house and location

First and foremost, the host's communication and responsiveness is top-notch even before reserving or booking and after the stay. Check-in was a breeze. Place was sparkling clean with a modern and thoughtful touch and complete with amenities. Host was very hospitable, quick to response, and even had a ton of local tips. Location was perfect near the best beaches in Panglao - Alona, Dumaluan, and Libaong . Also walking distance to restaurants, bars, food stores, McDonalds, banks, remittance, and Alona beach.
