Places was in a great location right on the lake and near major road! House was clean and had everything you need! Communication with the host was incredible too, I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Pucon area!

very nice apartment in a nice complex. to improve access with QR is very bad both for entering and going out there are always queues. the WiFi is not good. it's a bit noisy as it faces the way out.

Mauricio was amazing, so helpful and friendly. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious for a big group, easy to walk to town or use wee boat from complex to go straight into Pucon. We loved it. Only thing they should look into supplying towels as for us that come from overseas was a hassle to borrow from family. Otherwise 10 out of 10, beautiful place and fantastic host. thank you.

It was excellent from the moment we arrived, the apartment is bigger than what you see in the photos. Everything super comfortable, as well as next to a beautiful place.

The experience at Faby's apartment was great. The place is beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped. Faby was an excellent host, very attentive and concerned with all the details for an excellent stay. The building and all its common spaces are excellent. Highly recommended for a great family vacation.

Beautiful and modern apartment, very close to the lake, about 100 meters , full equipped, clean, cool in summer, on 2nd floor you do not depend on the elevator, vintage decorations, very comfortable beds and pillows, nice condominium, safe, walkable to the center, direct access to the lake through a control in the key fob. Market nearby. Parking in the same tower. Alejandra is an excellent host, I recommend it!!. Good value for money.

Everything was excellent, better than in the photos. It is a private condominium with private beach and pool, has an absolutely free 3 story game room. We would definitely go again. Juan José was super friendly and attentive to the inquiries we had, he responded super fast. Excellent. Lugar

We loved the place, the house is very comfortable and with a great view of the Lake, the place is very quiet and the environment has all the conditions to relax and enjoy. Also Sofía was very attentive and concerned to answer any questions we had.

The place is infinitely better than the photos! It's amazing! and the house is wonderful, very spacious and very comfortable to live in (with an excellent temperature and water pressure in the showers). Mrs. Erica is a beautiful person who attended us with wonders and answered every question we asked about the place,the flora and fauna (also on our arrival she left us some gifts that we enjoyed during the stay). The lagoon is a true paradise. The environment is beautiful to explore and touring with many things to do, full recommended.

House Perfect for large groups, we were 4 families and we were comfortable! Everything is well ordered, beds perfectly made and being on the lake shore is very much enjoyed! recommended

We had a rich week at Barbara's house, a quiet place, with a beautiful park. With two beaches nearby, almost on the patio of the house, one of them practically private. The condo is very close to Licanray , but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. The comfortable and spacious house, cozy...was what we were looking for to rest and take advantage of the lake.

If you want to go to safety, I totally recommend this cabin/house next to the .lago, everything is very tidy and the best peace of mind for rest and enjoy the lake, in all ways we will return

The house is spectacular and the host Diego is very available. It helped me with a battery problem I had with the rented car!!! The 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms held our group of 8 well. The structure for barbecue and use of the balcony is wonderful. We spent some very nice nights there. The children also enjoyed the elastic bed and the free space. The combination location + lack of wifi is a problem. Although the Airbnb map indicates that the house is near Pucon, it is much closer to Villarrica. This surprised us on arrival and, without internet and no cellphone signal in the house (we have Claro and Tim cell phone), we had a lot of difficulty to change the plans of the tours and adapt to the unforeseen events. Also due to the location, it is very difficult for an Uber to accept a race there. We highly recommend that you rent a car already in Temuco. The structure of the house is excellent (with the exception of wifi!!!), with a full kitchen and large living room. It was very worth it.

With my family we had an excellent time, the place is beautiful, every day we enjoy the environment... quiet, beautiful and safe. The host is very friendly and organized with the person in charge (Viviana), the property is super comfortable, it met our expectations 100%.
